Just came back from this place. It probably could have been fun if we had gotten the 1 hour ride that we paid for. The donut boat was very slow. It hardly move. We didn’t even get to go around the place because it got stuck. By the time we got to the Belmont bridge , took like 20 minutes, then got stuck there, had to turn back around and see if we could go around through the other side. By the time we got to the dock area that was probably another 15 minutes , then got stuck around there too and started to rain. The two guys at the dock area were very nice. One of them said maybe they can give us another boat to ride for the rest of the time that we had left. Once we got to the front desk, the guy that was sitting there asked us how was it and we told him what had happened. He didn’t even offer anything. Not even an apology. I was not happy to pay $190.00 for this. We didn’t even get to be on the boat...

Rented a HOT TUB boat in CHICAGO in the WINTER and they called and cancelled 30 minutes before we were supposed to be there. I understand it's cold and perhaps at some point it's too cold, but when you decide to run this kind of business in Chicago in the winter, 20 degrees certainly shouldn't be the cutoff point. Thats warm compared to some of the days! They require arrival 30 mins prior to departure, which we were abiding by and HAD ALREADY PARKED when they called to cancel just 30 mins prior to arrival. So fun - we rented a Donut Boat for 2 hours for our group of 8 friends. There was plenty of room for snacks and drinks and our group on the boat and we very much enjoyed our trip on the river. I felt like 2 hours was the perfect amount of time for the boat rental. The river was calm and peaceful up at this point and there are only a few other boats, so it was a very relaxing trip even for our driver. The boats are easy to drive and it's so fun to have the captain still part of the circle with the donut boat. After our boat trip, we hung out at the brewery right there.
