Park To Shop Supermarket is extremely racist. I went in today with a coworker who is Vietnamese. They acted like they didn't want to serve me and brushed me off when I tried to ask for details. When I finally got my order, they placed my food on the counter without calling me, and I sat there for a while. When my coworker's food was ready, they brought it directly to him and completely disregarded me. An employee made eye contact with me but didn't ask about my order, and my food was left on the counter. Do not go here if you don't look like them. The customer service was horrible, and I was treated poorly. I didn't even eat the food because I didn't trust it. I will never go back here and I recommend that anyone who doesn't look like them also not go. If you're a white American, they will love you though.
I will do all I can to make sure they lose business, Hatred will not be tolerated in my community or around me in any place. They want to act that way- you have no place doing...
Read moreIt’s so darn hard to return anything. I wanted to return one thing right after checkout, the cashier made me feel I was doing something dramatic. She asked me to find another thing to exchange, as if the cashier machine can only take in money not out. I said I didnt have anything I wanted to exchange, then she said she had to wait for someone else, and asked me again to buy something else. I basically was forced to buy something that covered the return price and more, as if the cashier machine can only take money in, not out.
The product isn’t very high quality, for example, one chinese medicine ingredient I bought says “contains sulfites” on the box, which means sulfite is used to make the product look fresher, but then makes the product toxic. And some product has nothing on the box, you couldn't tell where it is from, what is the quality, as if it came from someone's garage. Of course not everything there is like that,...
Read morePreciously this was another oriental store. Now they served bbq and order to cook foods with a sitting area. The roasted pork with crispy skin was semi oily, so we used it for stir fried after a couple bites. sweet and savory bbq pork was go for. The bakeries’ still good as usual. Mild winter melon cake (wifey cake), bbq pork buns, pineapple buns and paper cup cakes were our favorites. I was not able to pay for the bakery at the bakery cashier. So it wasn’t convenient to shop for other groceries with a hand full of bakeries. Variety of oriental sauce, herbs, fresh/frozen meat, seafood and other goods. Decent selection of fresh produce. This is one place for all the stuffs we need. Limited...
