I requested a scheduled door dash to have this place deliver something for a coworker as a thank you. It was scheduled the day prior to delivery. 24 hours in advance.

They didn’t call me until the time of delivery to tell me they refused to honor the order due to pricing errors on the DoorDash app. They refused to honor the order due to their mistake.

They told me I could come into the store to complete the order in person. 1. If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn’t have used DOORDASH! 2. I live several states away!

The guy STILL refused to honor the order. They have the ability to shut down or “close” their business off from DoorDash during their pricing transition. But they neglected to be proactive and now neglecting to have good business practices with customers.
