The Wrap & Roll Cafe — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

This is the last time I will go the The Wrap & Roll Cafe. I placed an order for a jerk chicken wrap with lunch combo online. When I arrived to the cafe, I waited in line for almost 10 minutes while orders were being taken. When I came up to the counter there were two staff members behind the counter. One asked me how she could help me and I told her that I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She grabbed my box and handed it to me. I then asked about the combo because it should come with chips and a drink. The other girl behind the counter who was at the register was like, "I already put it in there." -- to which I replied, "Well, what was put in there because I wasn't able to specify online?" The girl who handed me my box told the other girl, you can't just put any drink and chips in there, and she responded by saying, "I don't care." I opened up the box and removed the drink and chips while the nice young lady got me the chips and drinks I wanted. She again said to the other girl, this is why you can't just choose any chips and drink to put in there and the other girl responded, "Again, I don't care!".

Well, I don't care to ever visit the Wrap & Roll Cafe again. The jerk wrap wasn't that great either. I definitely prefer the wrap at Ain't She Sweet Cafe, and will take my time and money over there where they have much...

I selected this establishment based on a foodie review on facebook. The place has room to sit down once you receive your order. The place was crowded at the order line. Decided since line was so long, that would do a grubhub pick up order which advised order be ready about 20 minutes. Put the order of the catfish wrap with Sprite and jerk chicken pasta with a purple drink. After placing an order, 5 minutes later, I called the store cause no confirmation had been received from the store. Talked with a young lady who advised no pasta and decided on salmon wrap. Grub hold showed order ready in 20 minutes. Back in store, food wasn't ready. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes inside the store. The store was short staffed, 2 young girls in the back and a person that was the cook, and the cashier. After the long wait, food was received with purple drink, which was found to be extra sweet grape kooll-aid and lemonade instead of a sprite which found they was out of Sprite. Yeah, it's a bad experience for...

I had went here a few weeks ago and immediately when I walked in, I seen a young toddler sitting on the floor playing with blocks and a young woman was sitting at the front counter and was very unprofessional. She kept complaining her stomach was hurting amongst other things. I wanted to order the cheddar broccoli soup and was told "we ain't got none right now". So i then ordered the Philly egg roll and small nachos. I must say the food was provided very quickly as I believe they microwaved it as I have never received my order that fast from any other establishment. When I received my order, the person at the front desk said "here you go" and I said thank you and left.

I did not like the food as it was very salty to my taste and the nachos was very sloppy and sloggy to where I couldn't enjoy it and ended up throwing it away. I don't think I will go back there ever again. I hope the professionalism and customer service change for the better or this establishment...
