Back Road Beauties Boutique — Local services in West Columbia

The boutique itself is great and the employees are nice. Lots of great things to choose from. My review is for any businesses looking to use their services for their own merchandise. I’m a small business owner in Surfside and they eventually delivered on some great items that I’m happy to have. The process to get those items was not professional and 2 weeks past the promise date(after I had already spent almost 3K for the items). The lack of communication was ridiculous and their process was honestly a joke. The owner made sure to blame everything on her employees instead of taking some of the responsibility or offering me any sort of discount to make up for the fact that all of my items weren’t ready when they had almost a month to make them and had repeatedly told me it would all be ready on time. I’m extremely disappointed and love keeping whatever I can local but I will never use this boutique again and would warn anyone planning to buy products in bulk…it is not...

Their shirts are AMAZING! The customer service is even better. Casity (probably spelt wrong) spent so much time after a long day on tax free weekend, as the store was closing, being so patient with myself-really my two picky children, helping to design multiple personalized spirit shirts, without showing any frustration! I found my new spot for all of my screen print/custom shirt needs. Bonus, they have every comfort colors shirt you could imagine! 10/10 recommend this small business to...

On purpose ignored my comment about buying an item and responded to everyone else. LITERALLY! That is straight up rude as hell if you ask me. Been a loyal customer for years.
