I am very DISAPPOINTED WITH STATER BROS 😓 ahh 😦 I just went to my neighborhood Stater Bros to buy chicken breast for my family’s dinner, and I requested on the meat counter and the young boy told me that they run out for chicken breast but they were replacing the chicken’s breast with chicken slices , but this chicken already bad and have an strong odor ! I guess that’s why they replacing the chicken breast , they don’t want to loose money ! I will trow this meat to the trash , I don’t want my kids to get food poison! I will change my meal plan for today 🤔 I can’t believe it ! Usually stater bros are very careful with their meat department, but I don’t know they are expanding the Meat department to have deli and food to sell ! I just hope they don’t neglect the Meat Department for selling food to bring more business ? ?? That would be very...

Good steaks. This community based, neighborhood friendly grocery store is conveniently located right off the major streets in West Covina. The parking is usually plenty. I have been going to this store for 20 years and I always have a warm feeling when I walked in. It is not empty and with a lot of regular customers for daily food needs. In the fruit and vegetable section, it has a lot of different varieties to choose from. They were usually kept fresh and less dry and rotten items on the display. My favorite place is the steak area. I believe that this store usually has good quality cut of meat, such as Ribeye steak, T-bones, and New York steak. I also like the big variety of marinated chicken and beef, salmon and sausages. It is a meat lovers heaven. The quality of service is usually good when you try to ask some questions about different cut and flavors. ...

My experience here was horrible. I completed my purchased as I passed two registers I saw some water and decided to purchased a 24 case of water. As I went to ask the staff on register that I would like to just pay for the water, an employee approaches me and asked for my receipt and stated she wanted to make sure I paid for my purchased. She had a grin in her face as to even want to search me. I felt she was profiling me because of my race. The staff member did not have any customer service skills and was unprofessional to say the least. The staff member could of approach me in a different manner. I almost returned all my purchases. If a store does not treat its customers with respect and dignity, something is wrong. I would not recommend this store to anyone and have them experience what I experience.
