THIS GUY DAVID IS A THIEF!!!!! I LOST $385 BECAUSE OF HIM.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS TO THIS GUY. HE IS THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH! When I first came to his shop he was arguing with some lady but didn't think anything of it so I asked him how much to fix my ps4 he tells me he'll fix it for 85 when he previously told 80 but I didn't care it was only 5.

So 2 days later I called him he finally fixed it and told me it was ready to go but after an hour of using it it turned off and did not want to turn on properly so it was the same problem that I had before I took my ps4 to him. I call DAVID back and let him know what happened he told me to bring it in AGAIN, I wait ANOTHER WEEK for him to tell me it's my motherboard that i need for my ps4 to get fixed Wich cost $150 to get replaced. I said ok that's enough I'm not spending another dime with this dude. I ended up buying a new ps4 when a week later I found out it was JUST A HARD DRIVE ISSUE MEANING THE WHOLE TIME THIS MORON THOUGHT IT WAS THE MOTHERBOARD IT WAS REALLY A 25$ HARD DRIVE REPLACEMENT THAT WAS NEEDED all I did was youtube it and bought a hard drive and fixed it myself. SO I WAISTED $85 ON THIS GUY. "HE SAYS HE'S A PROFESSIONAL" BUT COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THAT ALL I NEEDED WAS A HARD DRIVE BUT INSTEAD CHARGED ME 85$ FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT DID NOT EVEN NEED TO BE FIXED.

SO THIS GUY WAS BASICALLY WAS GONNA MAKE ME BUY A MOTHER BOARD WICH I DOD NOT NEED SO HE COULD USE IT IN ANOTHER PS4 HE WAS GONNA FIX THAT'S THE REASON HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW MOTHERBOARD.

i 100% NO NOT recommend ANYONE coming and purchasing anything from this place for any reason! i had such a bad experience to the point where David (the worker) wanted to take me and my family to court because HE accused us of damaging our own Apple computer when we first brought it to him working 100% perfectly fine ; just needed an update, but he had the computer for basically 4 DAYS to fix when he said he will update it for us in 2 HOURS. he also was yelling at my mother because he did not want to give us our money back when i spoke to him on the phone and he said he will “no problem”. but at the end of the LONG 4 DAYS we got $70 back and a useless Apple computer with a virus and a broken, scratched hardrive. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL & IT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, HE IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS !! also is located at a very sketchy and uncomfortable environment !!! there is a much better, more professional AND RESPECTFUL customer service at a computer repair shop on the cross street of Colima Rd and Hacienda Blvd in Hacienda Heights called JMLINCE Computer...

Took my MacBook Pro in after it stopped charging with a new update. I was met by one of techs who was very helpful and cheerful. He was very understanding of what was happening and was super cool with letting me know the process. He checked me in and I was on my way. Right away I got an email with an overview and that my computer was being serviced. I’m very pleased with how easy it was to have this done.
