Subway — Restaurant in West Covina

I truly like subway restaurants.. the sandwiches and the salads are great. However, this particular location is not the best in customer service or good old work ethic..

At least 5/6 times now I have gone there on my way home from class, and tried to purchase a sandwich (meatball) It is usually between 1 hour to 45 minutes before closing. (sometimes 30 mins) and they NEVER have meatballs. So i am forced to go to the one on Hacienda,

After the 5th or 6th time The very nice girl at the other subway asked me why they just didn't heat up meatballs for me as they have them in the back and they could easily have been warmed up to make my sandwich. Hmmm I guess that they had already cleaned up and did not feel like giving good customer service. Instead they turned business away.

If this was my franchise. I would want to know that my employees are turning away business up to an hour before closing time .

Tip to employees. You never know who could be secret shopping and how being lazy can get you fired. You are supposed to clean up AFTER you close. If you turn away paying customers how are your employers...

So I came to this subway today with a friend wasn't expecting anything special but just meeting Kyla I was impressed I'm big on customer service which she is amazing at the other is I'm a foodie I love cooking and creating so with her right away she has amazing service then I noticed how much effort she was putting into my sandwich just the beginning presentation was impressive so I was like I'm going to test her so I put all the veggies I'm like dang what an artist what presentation I honestly wish I could help her get her foot in to something big with food because her telling me about she doesn't just make sandwich she makes art I was like yes exactly so honestly if someone reads this and get her started or hires her where she can show her talents she's going places she is going to make it big cuz she managed to impress me with just a sandwich she's got talent I wish I could help her subway your lucky THANK YOU KYLA FOR YOUR IMPRESSIVE SKILLS AND...

This place is horrible, the employees here have bad attitude and are rude. The only reason I come to this Subway is because of the distance to my house. If you go to this Subway, be careful with employee Erika, she's not polite, doesn't make eye contact and always has a bad attitude. I am not sure why some of these employees have such horrible attitudes, considering the unemployment rate of california, they should be thrilled to even have a job.
