Miss Donuts & Bagel — Restaurant in West Covina

Horrible coffee, over priced and very rude Asian couples who owns this business. If they don’t understand English they should have someone else who can helping customers. I prepaid and ordered powdered raspberry filled donuts and when I went to pick them up they gave me glazed raspberry donuts so I asked to add powdered sugar or I would like my money back. They were angry and saying something in their language and threw the money on the counter. I called today the Mexican lady passed the phone to an Asian man and the Asian man said “NO SPECIAL ORDER” and hung up on me. WOW that’s how you treat paying customers. I’ll take my business to RAINBOW DONUTS. BETTER COFFEE AND VERY POLITE. it’s a little farther but I’d rather go somewhere where they appreciate my business. If you like being DISRESPECTED, by all means go to MISS DONUTS. IM CERTAINLY NOT GOING BACK. THEY LOST YET ANOTHER LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR BEING...

Came here for the 1st time to try out one of their Bagels..they had none,, it was Saturday around 2pm and sold out.. purchased a bran & blueberry muffin ,, both were good ,, but the blueberry muffin was very delicious. One of the best I've had in quite awhile.. I don't really eat donuts no more because of my diabetes & they're deep fried .. I know because I worked @ a Winchell's.. they had large apple fritters & Cinnamon rolls that are bigger than usual,, all their donuts had a fluffy size compared to Krispy Kreme.. also sell coffee special cold or hot , latte, cappuccinos and flavor fountain drinks. I paid $4.90 for two muffins a bit pricey.. but overall good service and very well kept...

I use to love this place. I should have read the reviews. I don’t know who these people think they are. They are so f&$@&$ rude. They have no customer service skills and shouldn’t operate a business. Their coffee is horrible but I use to order powdered sugar on my raspberry filled donuts. I would place the order and pay the previous day. They messed up and tried giving me regular raspberry so I asked for my money back. I called to day and the Mexican lady passed the phone to Asian man and he said “NO SPECIAL ORDER” and hung up on me!
