Absolutely horrible experience. The items were nice, but the staff were absolutely awful. It started out with them telling us the store closed in 10 minutes, however the hours sign and online said 45 minutes. We tell them we had come in to do an exchange, purchase was within the return window. They said we removed the tags, even though we didn't, and that they couldn't return it with the gift receipt. We then pointed out various items in the shop without tags and the staff stated that they all have tags ignoring the items we pointed out. The staff were just exceedingly rude and clearly just wanted us to leave, we did not feel welcome. I will never go back to this...

This is such a fun place to get women's clothes. The store is separated into two sections. Half is for regular sized clothes and the other for plus size clothes. Since I shop the latter, I'm happy to say the plus sized clothes are just us cute, trendy and flattering as the regular ones. Everything is moderately priced though by no means expensive. Being a bargain shopper, I love their sales racks. They are stuffed full of lovely peices for a steal. I've bought some of the nicest things for under $10. 9/22/22 Update: Wanted to stop at Catos today. It's 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the place is closed!!!! Even called their corporate office and no answer. This used to be my favorite store. Unsure I'll come back again. It's just one disappointment after another!! Don't know what is going on but on my last 3 visits I can't find hardly anything above a size 20. It's all 16, 18, 20 and then the stuff on their clearance racks are the same sizes. Perhaps the buyer could take their plus size side seriously and actually stock some plus sizes??? Used to be my favorite store but going downhill and the styles, I have never seen such ugly stuff...
