In 2023, we went to the Harrisburg RV show to look for an RV without being exactly sure of what we were looking for. That is where we met Jaime Walborn who is now the Sales Mgr at Meyers RV in Harrisburg, PA. We were so deeply impressed by her ability to network with other sales people there to answer questions and research for what we only had an idea to find. We could see that Meyers RV was a consumer friendly Company that thrives on making customer’s dreams come true. It was that day that we determined no matter what RV we found we would try to find a way to give her and Meyers that sale. And we kept that promise.
When we saw Jaimie in the Harrisburg RV Show in April 2025, she turned the sale over to Mike Stein who was awesome! Mike was ruthless in helping us find the rig that would check all our boxes, even checking with manufacturing reps and other details.Just a suggestion for potential buyers: When shopping for an RV, write out a list of what you must have, what you would like to have and your “Hell no” list. We wanted a propane fridge and almost got it. When the manufacturer could not deliver what we had ordered, Mike Stein and the entire team at Meyers helped to order a different available model which ended up giving us way more than we could have hoped for.
Thank you Andy Pearlman the Service Writer, Carter McCue who made financing as painless and clear as it could possibly be, Cortney Leibfried who handled the Title process seamlessly and so fast!, Nate, the RV Tech who meticulously ran through the technical aspects with us of our new home away from home, and Dustin. Ms. Ruth was so warm and welcoming, we thought she was one of the owners! Thank you all! After spending 4 days on our Maiden Voyage to a near-by campground just to check things out, we could see everything is perfect! We wish to thank you all for your professional, selfless, kind, patient, and understanding support in helping us to make the right decision in the purchase of this RV that is perfect for us. Meyers RV, you...
Read moreOverall, a good experience. There are two high points that need to be mentioned—great customer support from both Missy and Kristen. Missy was extremely helpful in getting our recliners selected and installed. Thank you!!! And, then there’s Kristen (Service Delivery Coordinator). What can we say??? She’s awesome…and she knows what good customer service is. She spent a lot of time trying to help get our coach’s exterior surface finish fixed up. She was very responsive and really went the extra mile to help us out. And although it took some time, we appreciate that she and Chuck ultimately got us to the finish line and made things right. The issue??...When we went to take possession of the RV, we noted that the surface finish was mostly dull, much more so than what we remembered at the time of purchase. Turns out exterior surface protection (Exterior Shield) that we opted for didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Our best advice—from our experience—do your homework before you opt for the special surface treatment add-ons. It’s not a cure-all for all surface conditions. And in our case, it made things worse. We honestly weren’t sure how this was going to go at the start. You hear horror stories about other RV vendors basically abandoning their customers. Not so with Meyers. We could count on “staying connected” with Kristen. If we could offer one suggestion for improvement—that would have made this a 5-star review—it would be “better communication”. Meyer’s is extremely busy setting up RV shows and delivering RVs. While that’s good for the sales side of business, it can mean that things related to RV prep and service can get missed or overlooked. We know they were trying to resolve our issue, but believe that’s what made resolution to it more drawn out than it should have been. Bottom line, we liked working with Missy, Kristen, and appreciated that Chuck got in touch with us to work out the final resolution to our concern. Overall, they made our experience at...
Read moreThey always come through and are very helpful. I will always recommend Meyers.
Update: unfortunately I need to lower my rating. The initial service we were provided didn't last long. The trailer we bought has had issues since day 1. The trailer has major issues and now has to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired. It's been sitting on Meyers lot for 3 months. Today we went out there to find the trailer not covered as we were told it would be, and mold in the trailer, not to mention the musty smell. Chuck, the general manager hasn't returned any calls in the last week and refused to give me even a few minutes when I showed up to speak to him. Meyers cares more about their new customers and their sales than they care about their existing customers. That was very clear today. I would strongly suggest if you are going to buy from them to do your research. I'm hoping they make this right but doubt they will. We will see. Also side note, this trailer isn't even 1 year old yet.
Meyers Rv Superstores, please don't reply with the typical respons of contacting the GM Chuck because he won't answer or call back. To make a big impact in my decision of this review, it would be better to have one of the owners contact me directly. Thanks in advance.
Update 2: Chuck did reach out to me but not until after many voicemails that went ignored. IF the trailer is repaired or replaced, which it should be replaced due to the extent of damage, I will re-evaluate my review. I am still waiting on an owner to call to discuss the many issues we have had with our trailer. But, those voicemails and messages have gone unanswered as well.
Update 2: They came through and delivered earlier then expected on the repairs. While I am not happy with our new trailer being such an issue, I can't really blame Meyers, that is more of a Jayco thing. It's hard because these dealers are at the mercy of the manufacture. The people at Meyers, especially Sebastian our service writer, are...
