They always come through and are very helpful. I will always recommend Meyers. Update: unfortunately I need to lower my rating. The initial service we were provided didn't last long. The trailer we bought has had issues since day 1. The trailer has major issues and now has to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired. It's been sitting on Meyers lot for 3 months. Today we went out there to find the trailer not covered as we were told it would be, and mold in the trailer, not to mention the musty smell. Chuck, the general manager hasn't returned any calls in the last week and refused to give me even a few minutes when I showed up to speak to him. Meyers cares more about their new customers and their sales than they care about their existing customers. That was very clear today. I would strongly suggest if you are going to buy from them to do your research. I'm hoping they make this right but doubt they will. We will see. Also side note, this trailer isn't even 1 year old yet. Meyers Rv Superstores, please don't reply with the typical respons of contacting the GM Chuck because he won't answer or call back. To make a big impact in my decision of this review, it would be better to have one of the owners contact me directly. Thanks in advance. Update 2: Chuck did reach out to me but not until after many voicemails that went ignored. IF the trailer is repaired or replaced, which it should be replaced due to the extent of damage, I will re-evaluate my review. I am still waiting on an owner to call to discuss the many issues we have had with our trailer. But, those voicemails and messages have gone unanswered as well. Update 2: They came through and delivered earlier then expected on the repairs. While I am not happy with our new trailer being such an issue, I can't really blame Meyers, that is more of a Jayco thing. It's hard because these dealers are at the mercy of the manufacture. The people at Meyers, especially Sebastian our service writer, are good people.

Update June 2019. Had a part on my water heater go bad. Took the part and asked them to have it replaced under warranty was told I had to call the manufacture myself and do it. Manufacture told that the only way to have it replace was to pay for a mobile mechanic or the dealer had to do it to be cover under warranty. He list to say the dealer doesn’t want to do it I bought it and fixed the park myself after this. This company is a joke... CAMPING WORLD HAS NOW GAINED A NEW CUSTOMER. Worst experience ever buying an RV. I purchased my RV back at the end of October and they still won’t let me pick it up. They have done nothing but lie since it went to finance. They say they have been doing warranty work for the past 3 months. I’ve been paying for something I don’t have. My next step it a lawyer. Update March 2019: I was contacted by Meyers RV after I picked it up my RV and we discussed the issues and concerns I had with the very poor/rude service from finance and then the constant run around of why my RV wasn’t fixed yet. I was going to change my review and give more stars but after seeing what your about to read I’m very disappointed. I thought about calling but then I thought to myself, they would just blame it on me since it’s been sitting in my yard for two months so no point. After getting it home (Only 2 miles down the road) I parked it for the rest of the winter season. As I go to get it ready for a trip I have coming up next month, I do my walk around I noticed the back driver side corner was all scratched, rain gutter and aluminum at the top is bent and the bumper is all scratched up. That was not there when I left in Meyers RVs care and I did not hit anything with it when I left or I wouldn’t be saying anything, If has been parked in my yard since picked up. At this point I believe Meyers RV has permanently lost my service and future sales and any recommendations to family and friends in the future.

We owned a pop-up for about 10 years, took about a 10 year break from camping, and were ready to buy a Travel Trailer about the time the pandemic began. We worked with Matt between the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 until we purchased an RV from Meyers at the Hershey RV show in September of 2021. Matt is a very knowledgeable sales rep who answered our many questions and provided good advice. His passion, enthusiasm, and experience with RVing made for a pleasant buying experience. We met Matt late on the first night of the show and ended-up spending an hour in a camper during a downpour, talking about any and all-things RV. His willingness to spend that time with us convinced us that buying from Matt and Meyers RV was the right decision. We ordered our camper at the show, working with Matt and Kristen to complete the process. Our camper arrived earlier than estimated, over the holidays and was a good surprise! The pick-up and paperwork processes were coordinated by Jennifer. Our walkthrough went well. Everything with the camper was as expected with no issues or problems noted. The technicians thoroughly explained how everything worked inside-outside, and top to bottom. They patiently answered my many questions. Since we picked-up in December, our camper was winterized. They took the time to explain how to de-winterize, with a focus on the hot water heater. Everyone we encountered at the dealership has been pleasant to work with. We have been busy getting our camper ready for our first trip in the spring. We can't wait to hit the road and start enjoying our Grand Design Transcend Xplor 247BH!

In 2023, we went to the Harrisburg RV show to look for an RV without being exactly sure of what we were looking for. That is where we met Jaime Walborn who is now the Sales Mgr at Meyers RV in Harrisburg, PA. We were so deeply impressed by her ability to network with other sales people there to answer questions and research for what we only had an idea to find. We could see that Meyers RV was a consumer friendly Company that thrives on making customer’s dreams come true. It was that day that we determined no matter what RV we found we would try to find a way to give her and Meyers that sale. And we kept that promise.

When we saw Jaimie in the Harrisburg RV Show in April 2025, she turned the sale over to Mike Stein who was awesome! Mike was ruthless in helping us find the rig that would check all our boxes, even checking with manufacturing reps and other details.Just a suggestion for potential buyers: When shopping for an RV, write out a list of what you must have, what you would like to have and your “Hell no” list. We wanted a propane fridge and almost got it. When the manufacturer could not deliver what we had ordered, Mike Stein and the entire team at Meyers helped to order a different available model which ended up giving us way more than we could have hoped for.

Thank you Andy Pearlman the Service Writer, Carter McCue who made financing as painless and clear as it could possibly be, Cortney Leibfried who handled the Title process seamlessly and so fast!, Nate, the RV Tech who meticulously ran through the technical aspects with us of our new home away from home, and Dustin. Ms. Ruth was so warm and welcoming, we thought she was one of the owners! Thank you all! After spending 4 days on our Maiden Voyage to a near-by campground just to check things out, we could see everything is perfect! We wish to thank you all for your professional, selfless, kind, patient, and understanding support in helping us to make the right decision in the purchase of this RV that is perfect for us. Meyers RV, you...

Overall, a good experience. There are two high points that need to be mentioned—great customer support from both Missy and Kristen. Missy was extremely helpful in getting our recliners selected and installed. Thank you!!! And, then there’s Kristen (Service Delivery Coordinator). What can we say??? She’s awesome…and she knows what good customer service is. She spent a lot of time trying to help get our coach’s exterior surface finish fixed up. She was very responsive and really went the extra mile to help us out. And although it took some time, we appreciate that she and Chuck ultimately got us to the finish line and made things right. The issue??...When we went to take possession of the RV, we noted that the surface finish was mostly dull, much more so than what we remembered at the time of purchase. Turns out exterior surface protection (Exterior Shield) that we opted for didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Our best advice—from our experience—do your homework before you opt for the special surface treatment add-ons. It’s not a cure-all for all surface conditions. And in our case, it made things worse. We honestly weren’t sure how this was going to go at the start. You hear horror stories about other RV vendors basically abandoning their customers. Not so with Meyers. We could count on “staying connected” with Kristen. If we could offer one suggestion for improvement—that would have made this a 5-star review—it would be “better communication”. Meyer’s is extremely busy setting up RV shows and delivering RVs. While that’s good for the sales side of business, it can mean that things related to RV prep and service can get missed or overlooked. We know they were trying to resolve our issue, but believe that’s what made resolution to it more drawn out than it should have been. Bottom line, we liked working with Missy, Kristen, and appreciated that Chuck got in touch with us to work out the final resolution to our concern. Overall, they made our experience at...
