Dohm TV — Local services in West Manchester Township

I was looking for a LG Authorized repair place and found Dohm listed on the LG website. So glad I contacted Dohm for my 60" LG TV repair when I lost the picture. The TV was a little over 6 years old but has a lot of capabilities, 240Hz refresh rate and playing 3D movies for the grand children. I was keeping my fingers crossed that Dohm could save it. Very nice gentleman to speak with. Took my TV in on 3/8/21, got a call the next day indicating it had a couple bad LED's and the cost to repair. I was really happy to hear it could be repaired. I was even more surprised when I got a call 2 days later saying it was done and I could pick it up. I picked it up on the 11th, WOW picture is excellent and I have been watching it everyday since. Really great experience, super quick turn around, price was great and a really great gentleman to deal with. Roughly a week before the Corona Virus shutdown everything down, I picked up my 50" LG from Dohm TV for repairs. The best $200.00 I have spent in years! It was either taking a chance on getting it repaired or purchase a new tv. Boy am I so glad I spent the time to have it repaired at Dohm TV. (A 20 mile ride was well worth it!) My tv has literally been on 24/7 every since without a hiccup! He helped me bring it into his shop for repairs as well as helping me load it back into my suv to take it home,( Talk about quality service!!) even though he injured his leg/knee at that time. I hope he's doing alot better with that situation! I needed help because I lost my right foot in a motorcycle accident. He's a humble great guy to deal with and he knows exactly what he is doing!! I bought my Oled last year around March 2021. Beyond thrilled with the service I was provided, along with being able to test out the tv for myself with live tv instead of being shown display videos like you’d see at Best Buy. Had an issue with my model (not the fault of the shop but the manufacture) and because Dohm was an official LG supplier, I was able to have my tv repaired by LG with no issues or payments at all.
