I finally decided to attend Power Train full time. I left crunch fitness entirely due to the trainer I was assigned being incompetent. She was assigning questionable exercises to people that had no purpose doing them without coaching them up on how to do them properly.
She was nice, but she didn't motivate me, and a large majority of the workouts I had with her did not leave me feeling accomplished or seeing results.
Power Train's employees are tremendous at what they do. I highly recommended this gym to everyone who is serious about their fitness goals. Most of the time when you attend classes the instructor provides modifications for people that might not be able to do a particular exercise. For example, I am not able to do burpeees because of my weight. The instructor literally had me just hang there and just slightly move my legs.
