Meadowbrook Square — Local services in West Memphis

I pulled up on West Memphis Dollar Tree (across from the high school) before work. What a mess! It was so plain to see that 1. There was no proper management 2. Young folks were running it 3. Laziness was on full display! The candy isle looked absolutely cray-cray. Boxes were every where. I'm talking full boxes of candy product. There was hardly any candy on the shelves/pegs because the candy was still in the boxes waiting for a caring associate to unpack them. The store isles needed mopping and clearing badly. It's like they close at night and no one stays to clean up and restock the place. The check-out areas needed organizing and cleaning badly. The whole store looked "less than". I just don't get it. I went to Crazy Hot deals which is located in this strip mall. They had a lot of items but not many the interested me. They used to have food items, automotive & Hardware items & Swim suits. I saw none on this visit. Several people said while I was there, the quality of the items they offer is not as good as they were previously. And I would have to agree with that. They've also gone up on the prices by $1 / item for each day. So I don't go here nearly as much as I used to. That said you never know what you may find. That's the reason I do go here...

Although this is the MEADOWBROOK shopping center, at the end of the building facing the drive thru for Walgreens is the DOLLARTREE. Thats were I shop, they have a great aray of itemsto choose from, if you are a hobby enthusiast they've pretty much got it, want snacks or something to eat they've got it laundry, cleaning, party items, they've got it and holiday stuff, try not to loose your mind.
