Clinton Rd — Local services in West Milford

I drove the entire road around 1:30am during a full moon. It was a peaceful drive, with pleasant woodsy scenery. I would drive it again.

While driving a car you feel safe. But I'm telling you, it would be a completely different story if your car were to break down!

Clinton Road at night? On foot?? No thank you!!!

The place feels desolate, like middle of nowhere desolate. The trees watch your every move, and the Jersey Devil is lurking and waiting for the right moment to pounce. You don't need to try it to know a spooky vibe permeates the area on foot.

A few more details for the curious: The road is mostly gentle with a few sharp curves. It's a little narrow without much of a shoulder. There are spots where the road goes up and down, so line of sight can be impeded. You pass over a bridge and near a lake. Some parts of the road could be better maintained: potholes, cracks, faded paint, erosion, etc. 25mph is posted in the townsy areas and 35mph elsewhere. I enjoyed the drive, and I think you would too.

I have not seen any cryptids, ghosts, or unusual activity here... And let's keep...

I’ve drove down this road back in 2022. I have 2 kids from my first marriage and they live in Peru,Maine but I get them for summer break and alternate Christmas break with my ex wife. I drive there to get them instead of flying because I love the drive up there. I live in Indiana and found out about Clinton Road on a tv show called “Most Terrifying Places in America”. When we drove down it we didn’t see anything but had a huge rock throw at our vehicle the hit the back fender on the passenger side. This rock was about the size of a bowling ball and we were so far down the road and there wasn’t any houses around so I believe it was a Bigfoot. If you are into the paranormal I would recommend you take a adventure her and hopefully you experience the shear terror of the infamous “Clinton Road” ….one last thing there is also a phantom vehicle that will appear out of nowhere and try to run you...

I’m gonna tell a long story don’t go here don’t go to the ruins they are deadly don’t go out 3 AM don’t go back there I heard a girl was back there was about to get sacrificed no they saved her when I was driving this thing had red eyes staring at us it look like a giant bat when I saw it it made me pass out almost on I got the heck out of there I went to the ruins and checked it out I went in this cave in the ruins and these people with a black mask with a black robe and I heard people were trying to save this girl but I had a black mask off in a robe is that a trap or not and I am warning you warning you don’t even ever come back here it’s a deadly trap I heard the jersey devil sacrifices and a serial killer lives out here his name is Calvin McGinley and I’m...
