March 15th around 1:30p two girls were working the store. I ordered a cold brew with one Splenda and lite cream. The girl working the register was visibly frustrated to be working. She mumbled something under her breath. I said, “sorry I didn’t hear you?” Frustrated she replied with more attitude, “sugar and cream is self serve over there.” I said, “okay, sorry about that.” Internally, I was thinking that was an odd comment that I’d never received at any other location, and seemed odd that the baristas weren’t able to perform that for their customer when paying nearly $6 for a drink. I waited at the pickup area for my drink. The drink station did not have any cream available. Both containers were empty. The girl filling orders came over and said they didn’t have cold brew. I asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t because there were no managers present then walked away and ignored me while filling several other customers’ orders. I tried several times to get her attention again. I asked if I could get the money back on a gift card or asked when a manager would be back since I was waiting a couple hours for my flight. Turns out she did have a manager card just wasn’t appropriately trained to issue a refund. Once she finally figured out how to issue a refund (after several minutes) the refund receipt printed but they said I wasn’t allowed to have a copy it was there’s to keep. They also wouldn’t give me back my original receipt that they requested to issue the refund.
Additionally, while I was trying to get their attention to find a resolution for the refund the girl filling orders dropped the tongs for grabbing food out of the oven on the floor, then proceeded to pick them up and continue to use them to grab food out of the oven.

(rude) african lady with short curly bob I came off my flight CONCOURSE B and ordered a pineapple lemonade drink with matcha unbeknown to me the cashier would be agressive after i told her she rang my order up wrong. She also made me wait because they didnt refill the MATCHA SAYING SHE DONT KNOW IF SHE CAN MAKE Drink BEFORE THEY GO GET THE MATCHA FROM THE BACK , that she had bags of .(Lazy) I saw the barista making a grande and i told her i ordered a vente , then i hear the cashier say “ I CASHED HER WHAT SHE WANTed”🤨 never have i ever been to a starbucks n the cashier insisted that she wasnt wrong n if i dont want the Vente drink the barista offer me well 🤷🏻♀️. Not only did the barista refuse to correct the cashier mistake at first and say il give you the vente miscommunication but when i pressed the issue now she wanted to offer me the vente. And the cashier said i cashed it already i cant refund it” no initial explanation “ The rudeness. I was in such shock at the situation i had to ask for a manager only to see a guy with a ponytail come over n say he understand. NO APOLOGY. And that is MANAGER.CARD DOESNT WORK? i was so heated it was never about the drink. And then she wants to aproach me accross the counter and said “ I was being aggressive “ How about she tell the manager that she needed a coworker to help her figure out how to add matcha and ring up the drink. And she telling me that she disnt mess up the order and want to be RUDE. Read moreWhat horrible service. If only I had seen the number of one stars in advance, this experience could’ve been avoided. The only reason this location is still open is because it’s in an airport. Otherwise they would have no business.
I placed a mobile order online that would’ve been done at approximately 11:20. At 11:27, I still didn’t have a drink and asked the barista if there was an order for Victoria. She said “No, you probably chose the wrong location.” I confirmed the location and she said “oh, I can make it quick.” Then told me they didn’t have the ingredients for it. Annoying and inconvenient, but things worsened exponentially when I asked to be refunded. Which seems fair considering I was charged for a drink I never received.
But the manager came by and said “Your order was refunded. You should’ve received a notification.” And I said I didn’t so I asked for proof of that so I could refute the charge if need be. She said she wasn’t able to provide any written proof and she “just works for Starbucks.” Mid-conversation she just walks away. She claimed to have been helping, but she was openly mocking me in front of other customers and didn’t resolve my issue.
