Avoid this Starbucks!

At 11:50am I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and grande caffe mocha with almond milk and no whipped cream.

Got the bagel right away.

At 12:10pm I asked about my drink. The barista (don’t know her name but had short hair that is dyed light brown/yellow, black drawn in eyebrows) asked 3x what I ordered and had me point out who was at the cash register when I ordered and also show my receipt before she believed I had a missing drink.

She finally made my drink and I asked her twice if it was almond milk. She insisted it was.

It was NOT.

I had to throw out the whole drink after two sips because I am severely allergic to dairy.

The whole thing took so long that I was running late to board and was not able to ask for a new drink. Waste of time and money.

No turkey available for the sandwich didn't even ask me if I would substitute with him which another sandwich offers not to mention there's a Publix right next door to them that the manager should be able to get approval to go over and get turkey slices if they say they've been having problems with their distributors. Also I ordered my bagel and cream cheese not toasted guess what it came toasted. The only reason I use this place was because of gift cards given to me. I wish people knew to just give Publix cards to their coworkers for the holidays we're shopping is a pleasure. Also why can't I order from the passenger seat and have to filter everything through the driver otherwise I probably would have got what I wanted but didn't want to make my dad have to hassle with the...

Absolutely appalling service at the Starbucks in West Palm Beach Airport. I stood there for a full 15 minutes with NO ONE else in line, while three employees blatantly ignored me. Not a single one of them bothered to even look in my direction, let alone take my order. When I finally spoke up, they had the audacity to tell me I'd need to wait even longer because they were busy cleaning. This is completely unacceptable — especially in an airport where people are on tight schedules. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service is beyond infuriating.
