This place is poorly managed. Clubhouse security is very rude and unprofessional. My grandmother and my family were touring the clubhouse with our realtor and we were not aware that we couldnât drop off our 80 year old grandmother at the front entrance to shorten her walk. Instead of security greeting us and saying good afternoon the female security guard ran out and yelled at us. What a great first impression. Then when we got inside a different security officer (older white guy with mustache) started yelling at us. We apologized and that still didnât calm him down. This guy sat with a frown steaming the whole time we were there asking questions. If that wasnât enough, after the inspection was done on our grandmotherâs condo the sellerâs realtor took us to tour the clubhouse. My husband snapped a picture of the inside of the theater to show to his grandmother who was still in Texas. The security officer began to yell at him and the realtor âsaying no pictures are allowed here!â My husband said how was I suppose to know that? (We have no problem following rules but perhaps they should tell the rules when someone starts the tour). The security officer then stated say he was going to kick us out and not allow us to return (all because we were unaware of a rule). He went on and on as if we had offended him personally. I donât recommend anyone move here. They charge 350.00 per month for the amenities yet they care nothing about the residents. They need to understand that the residents pay their salaries and therefore should be kind (especially to potential residents) They do not train their staff. And forgot about filing a complaint. I called administration and left 4 messages for Eva R. the VP and she never returned the call. I called the security line and didnât get far there as well. I guess itâs true the apple doesnât fall far from the tree. If you want to know how the leadership is look at their staff. How unwise is it not to train the guards on customer service. But of course they donât care. Compassion is not something you find often in...

Read moreExtremely helpful, professional and efficient. Rec area and 2 large pools outdoors, plus an indoor salt water pool. Nice theatre with great entertainment! The entertainment could use a little updating. I'm finding less variety of circa and genre in the shows. 5/2024 was here for a meeting. The pools here are nice. Bring a sweater or jacket if visiting here, it's...
