So I'm just going to give you my experience. It was hard to find and was pretty damn far out west I want to say near the Florida turnpike. Once I got there you can easily tell that it used to be an old Burger King or such. So of course there's two doors one on each side they're both labeled the exact same and of course I chose the one on the left. It was locked and for a second I thought I should just go home but something told me to go check the other side and I did, it was open. I go in and rather than just look at the menu they assign someone to you who follows you around and tells you all the things they think you should get. I found it very intrusive. If I didn't pick with the guy wanted me to get he acted let down. The prices were so-so, definitely not insane like jungle boys or dirt cheap like planet 13 but somewhere in the middle. I bought two all-in-ones and a 510 resin cart. The all-in ones were an absolute joke, no way to change any settings on there, no way to turn it up or down, no way to interrupt the flow of air nothing. It was so bad in fact that I'm not going to use them and I gave them away because I just kept pulling on it and didn't get much out of it. So a little let down about that. On the other hand the 510 cart was actually quite good. The flavor was amazing and effects were as well. I would definitely recommend the resin cart. Lastly I'll say that every dispensary has their own fluidity on how they handle orders. I'm a big fan of come in pick what you want stand in line then check out, I mean I'm American it's what we've been raised on. For some reason you have to sign in with the secretary who assigns you a weedologist apparently, then you're led to a couch where you sit and wait for 5 minutes until someone comes out of the back like you're at a drive-thru calls your name then let you sit back down again in about 5 minutes after that they'll call you up and finally give you your driver's license back that they've had in possession of the entire time also a bit sus. All in all it wasn't a bad experience and quite honestly I probably will go back maybe I can get them to stop following me and stuff lol well there's...

Are you sure you all other reviewers are drunk on the Kool-Aid had an awful experience during the grand opening in West Palm Beach but 2 quarters of smalls one of which was sunset sherbert which the website says has smooth smoke mine was absolutely harsh and unsmokable so I asked about a return and was told all sales are final I have to basically pitch my product in the trash cuz I cannot even smoke it I've been doing this a long time and when the batch is no good it's no good yet I'm stuck with the purchase when asking what they would do all I could get was a $15 credit so I lost about $30 in the process won't be doing that again most of the dispensaries i frequent take returns and will give me full credit for a product since everybody here is drunk on the Kool-Aid this is not possible I will never use that $15 credit just out of principal because I was burnt for more . I tried the flowery since they came to town. the honeymoon is now over back to my go-to stores and awaiting the opening of jungle boys right up the street from the West Palm Beach location . I'm thinking the company has gotten full of themselves . And don't feel the need for customer service when the product isn't good there were excuses abound yeah I'm still feeling screwed everybody out there should know that all sales are final if you purchase something that's absolutely awful you might get a few dollars back in credit but they will never make you whole so you're better off shopping elsewhere at the end of the day not saying that sometimes you can't pick up a good strain by accident beings how they treated me and the incident in general I'd say run as far away from here as you possibly can get.

While I appreciate the straight answer from the flowery regarding they're all sales final policy I don't agree with it and I will no longer shop there because of it anybody reading this review should be aware of it and should run in the other direction instead of purchasing flower with this...

This place…is AMAZING! Seriously. I’m used to having to stick to delivery or drive to Hollywood as living in north palm beach is a hassle to get down to Hollywood when I need to.

This location has the BEST employees from top to bottom. I wish I knew all their names. The GM, shorter lady with blonde hair, is so kind hearted and made sure to help me through everything on my day off visit. It’s so much easier to get here now! Derek kept me company and we had a great conversation as I waited for my order to arrive. The one lady that has blonde hair as well made sure to help rectify an issue with my order while being super polite and kind. This is elite customer service! Truly! I’ve shopped all around and I’ve dealt with the fake smiles customer service, I’ve dealt with NO customer service and today I dealt with a group of people who truly love their job. There was rawness to them that made the visit that much more enjoyable. I was never rushed and I was made to feel everything is okay. I will found out everyone’s names so I can update this later with them! They deserve to be recognized! From prior Flowery visits at Hollywood or delivery, I’ve never felt the need to leave a review but this location…. I’d leave multiple 5 star reviews for them if I could.

They have a customer for life. I will continue referring everyone here as well because they truly have the best and are the best.
