!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a person who works in the tobacco business, I am completely appalled by the lack of respect the worker has towards his customers. I entered the establishment in search of an Al Fakher vape. After looking through their other reviews as well, it saddens me to say that many other people have similar experiences as I did today. The only plus side to this place is them actually having the flavor no other vape store had. Knowing the actual retail price of $25 per vape, he up charged the price to $32. The prices at this shop are ridiculously high for no reason. He tried to make a deal of 4 for $90 when I know the entire box that contains 8 or 10 is cheaper than that. After turning down the offer, I simply explained to him that his prices are too high and I can get it for cheaper somewhere else if they were open but it was late at night. He rudely replied with “If you don’t got it, I don’t know what to tell you, maybe go to who you usually go to” after I told him that every other store is closed. Also Insinuating that I didn’t have the funds to purchase the item.

I strongly recommend you guys purchase your vapes/tobacco necessities at Smoke House or Ali Baba Hookah in GREENACRES, their prices are more reasonable. The owners will work with you on prices on any item...

Fake RAZ vapes. In the past I bought 2 HQD vapes which worked fine. Then, a few nights ago, I bought a RAZ. Normally, I scan the QR code that comes with the vape to check for authenticity but since the other 2 were fine, I trusted that I was getting the real thing.

The first 2 days zero nicotine came out, then on the 3rd day, it worked great. Here I am on day 4 and it doesn’t work……AGAIN!

Finally today, I scanned the QR code and sure enough, it’s a knock off. Scanning the QR should always take you to the RAZ site and will verify its authenticity.

What a let down. I’m disappointed because I thought I found a reputable shop and angry that I wasted money since vapes are not returnable. BTW, I did open and try it at the point of purchase, but since it functioned and blew smoke, I thought it was fine.

Never going back to this shop. I told the salesman at this shop I wanted a cranberry lemonade vape, and asked if I could try it. He said no, but I purchased the vape anyway. He said once I purchased that I could try it in the store. Once I did I realized I just bought a blueberry lemonade vape, and tried to return it for the cranberry. He said that I told him blueberry, and that I already opened and vapes so I couldn’t exchange it. I told him it was a miscommunication, and that he misheard me. He argued with me and told me I in fact told him blueberry, while even the person I was on the phone with told me I should get cranberry like I said.
