If I could give 1M stars, I would! The service was EXCEPTIONAL. I am a Canadian, who really wanted a pair of Hey Dudes MSB was offering. Sometimes it's hard for us to get US apparel shipped. The website wouldn't accept my address or credit card, so I chanced it and sent an email asking if they would be interested in shipping to Canada. Not even 10 minutes later did I got a response! Ragan told me that she would look into what shipping would cost and make it happen for me. We were on the phone back and forth a few times to accept payment and their system wasn't having it. Megan made some calls and got set up to accept Canadian credit cards. My shoes will be shipped out tomorrow, but not before each gal in the store tried a pair on, making sure they gave me the right advice for sizing. I mean come on! No one does that! Customer service is 10/10 and if I'm ever in Missouri, I will be going directly to their store to thank them in person! I so appreciated...

Went into this store for some Hey dudes only and started looking at jeans. I’ve struggled lately finding any jeans to buy and to know what size I need because depending on a brand it’s all different sizes. I had given up on finding good jeans that fit good until yesterday. Oh my gosh they went above and beyond to find me jeans that fit and fit amazing!!!!! In under 30 minutes I was able to find 2 pairs of jeans and they fit perfect!! Thank you so much for all your help! Definitely my go to store...

What an unbelievable experience. There is customer service at this store that cant be found in America anymore. Not only did they go out of their way to send me pictures and size match from across the US, but then when there was an issue with a return they went out of their way to find the money issue and be certain my money was returned.
