Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Plains

Disgusting! We will NEVER go back! The health inspector definitely needs to make a visit! While waiting in line to order our pizza, we observed that NONE of the kitchen staff was wearing gloves! The cashier, even after taking cash from a customer went back to finish making a pizza and directly started pressing the dough into the pan and reached into the bowl of grated cheese with her hands and never washed or put gloves on. The assistant manager walked up to the register to fill in and proceeded to take cash. The cashier returned and the assistant manager returned to making pizzas without washing her hands or putting gloves on! Everything they do to make the pizzas is done with bare hands. I watched them literally touch cash, wipe the sweat from their face and scratch their nose! We asked to speak to the manager and she was very arrogant and rude. She said that since everything was cooked, they weren’t required to wear gloves! That is absolutely disgusting! Ordered pizza 30 Dollars worth of pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Order would be ready by 5:05 I checked my email at 5:10 and it was ready. Went in to pick it up at the portal. My name wasn’t in the board. But I thought maybe it was a glitch, and I tried my code. It wouldn’t work, I waited for someone, and kindly asked the lady, if I was doing this wrong, this was my first time and my code wasn’t working. She was very rude, and said it is probably done I just haven’t put it out yet, it will be a few. I waited and waited and waited, finally she rudely asked the name, I gave it to her. She said very rudely again, it is in the box it is already out there. Again, I said, the code isn’t working. She got very hateful, and said well it is in the box, I had to repeat it again. She was very rude, she refused to get the order out of the box for me. Tried to go in for a hot and ready pizza. They were over capacity based on local law. Nobody not even employees were wearing a mask employees were not wearing gloves. Place was not clean in ANYWAY. At this point I knew I wouldn’t eat anything from this location but figured I’d not be a jerk when the cashier asked what I needed. I attempted to purchase a hot and ready pepperoni pizza that I had every intention of throwing in trash can at car wash because the sanitation mentioned earlier and was informed it would be AT LEAST 30 min.
