This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant/(FAST) food. I understand being understaffed I really do but there comes a point where things aren’t okay. First ordered my food and it took about 15 minutes in the drive through, no biggie right? Well they told us they had no ice, or nacho fries. Also no biggie. Anyways we get our food and it was completely wrong. This is where I start getting frustrated. I go in and ask them politely to remake it and that wasn’t a problem. There was a line of 6 people in there that had problems with there order. One of the people in line watched an employee there on the line drop a meat bag and put it on someone’s order. That’s where I drew the line. I get my food after a hour almost and once again it was wrong. So I go back politely and ask for a manager and the line for problems increased. He sat in the back office on his phone which I have videos of. Anyways long story short after 15 minutes I finally got his attention and asked for my money back. He was told by his GM (Casi Wilkins) they don’t issue refunds anymore because there employees steal from them. I told him that’s a you problem not me. Not once have I ever heard a store can’t issue a refund. I told him I would stand there until I got my money back. I do feel bad for that manager for the poor training he had, and I do believe this falls on Casi for being a terrible manager. This place needs a new gm and get rid of the problems because at this point it’s going to cause real problems fast. After seeing that dropped food in the ground put into someone’s food it really goes to show they don’t care about health codes or someone’s health. Read moreWent here today and i had ordered $20 in food. We checked and ALL tacos were wrong. I went to return them/have them remake a couple of them because at this point I just cared about my toddler eating and so I only asked for 2 soft tacos to be remade and didnt care about the rest. I stood there and watched the worker text over the food instead of making the food, for about 10 minutes, then I walked out. Literally one other couple in the restaurant so they could have fixed this if they wanted to. I am going back to see about a refund because spending $20 and having to toss the food, is ridiculous. And I was going to accept a taco or 2 for my kid to make it right but no the guy just wanted to text over the food. He had gloves on, but still pretty unsanitary to touch all over your phone and then food then phone then food. This place needs to train better or hire someone who actually wants to work there! And of course, no receipt was given or put in our bag so doubt they will do a thing to make it right. Tired of people treating others this way. Things are not cheap anymore, didn't exactly want to put a $20 bill in the trash...
Read moreAs we all know food varies from restaurant to restaurant , even in the same food chain. The food here is really good. They always accommodate my special food needs. The staff that works here are great bunch of kids. However the manager is rude and doesn't care about anything but herself . I will not mention any names however anybody that's been there and dealt with her they know. Also as hard as these kids work 8 and 10 hour shifts they give them no breaks .I don't understand how this is not an OSHA issue. However it needs to be !!!! This is causing them to have a higher turnover rate of employees . Therefore training three and four new employees a day is causing a slower turnover rate with food production . 30 minute wait times in the Drive-Thru .Also they are having to shut down the lobby to keep up with the drive-thru . This is Due to heavy turnover of employees. This manager has been there 20 years. I think it's time she retires. They are so desperate for help they're posting on Facebook and putting applications in food bags. When all these kids need is a break and a new manager with a fresher perspective...
