The problem service truck service is if it’s Friday afternoon you will be hit with a $150.00 service call. Minimum of two hours at $165.00 a hour. Driving time from Omaha a additional $165.00 a hour on top of the $150.00 service call and odds are if a newer truck they will not be able to do ANYTHING except charge you $590.00 or more for showing up and saying I can’t fix it ! Unless you have the truck towed and pay them another 165.00 a hour to drive back to Omaha for parts then you remain broke down . I drove a 2013 F250 diesel pickup into dealership in March of 2020. It was having problems with power windows and locks. They tore interior of truck completely apart and told me I needed a new wire harness, be a couple of days. It is now January of 2021 and still don’t have part to fix it. My business relies on getting people to the job site and I have been without this truck for almost a year! It’s still sitting there with no answers in sight. I was contacted recently by Ford Repurchase Center saying they wanted to buy truck back to make it right. They then made me a generous offer of $-39000. I would give 10 stars if Google would let me. These guys are AWESOME! I had a major breakdown (my first) and I parked. The General Manager came to me!!!! And after inspecting it, and making some minor modifications, helped me limp it to the shop, saving me a huge tow fee. Nikki Quickly and expertly, they had me in the shop, they diagnosed, parts on and out, and I spent WAY less than I had anticipated. Money and Time mind you.
