Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in West Point

This is by far the slowest Runza we've ever been to, and we eat Runza more than we probably should. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, 20 minutes had passed. If we wanted slow food, we would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. Such a disappointment for the Runza brand. Hoping someone at corporate will see this review and reconsider these franchise owners. We love their food, I mean it's good for a fast food restaurant. This time we both decided to get frings which is half fries half rings, we ordered large and got 4 onion rings that had no flavor at all and about 6 to 8 fries, it was the smallest order we've ever got. I got a bacon cheeseburger and my hubby got the double cheeseburger my sandwich had 1 pickle, so small amount of catsup I could not taste it over the huge amount of mustard and no onion at all. Runza's are not like the original Runza's. Today, these are a long, baked roll that is sliced open and then filled -- not a hand-pocket sandwich. The Mushroom Swiss Runza was greasy, the fries were nothing to write home about, and the price was on the high side, also. Service was borderline rude.
