Very clean, very organized. The employees are super friendly. Very nice store. 7.182025 Just revisited for a few items and the dark haired lady on register closest to door was rude by ignoring my comments several times. She also did not offer or put our receipt in bag. Im sorry but not impressed today. 9.20.2020 Horrible service today! Dark, curly haired lady did not give us our discount/ free burger bread. Nor did she discount our Kettle Lays 2/5! Some people are on a per penny budget and this is a problem! Also seeing all the trash and cigarette butts on the sidewalk is very sad to see for West Union IA! Didnt feel like a friendly place or welcoming. What happened? Get it together please. West Union IA is Friendly Iowa. Thank you. Cheers, MAK 09.21.2025 My wife and I walked back over to Quillins to get our receipt purchase yesterday corrected and the manager seemed to not understand at first the mistake made on the Frito Lays "LAYS" potato chips 2/$5. She believes it was only for Frito Lays chips but as I provided a new picture here. Its for ALL "LAYS".

We had a local farmer swear by the meat departments butchers. We sent our half a beef and picked it up today. I can’t express how disappointed I am with how the meat is wrapped. There’s no butcher plastic or paper only low quality plastic wrap. Upon arrival there we’re ready bones poking through the plastic and pieces coming unwrapped. I can tell already that most of the meat will be freezer burnt in month. If I hadn’t already paid for the cow I would have left the meat there.

I really enjoy going to Quillin's with my kids. I give it a 5 star not necessarily for the price (they aren't the cheapest, but considering they're the only grocery store within 30 minutes you give some wiggle room) Honestly, I go and spend the little extra for the employees they have. Every single one of them is kind, caring, and welcoming. Doesn't matter if they're a high school student or well past those years, everyone there just had a great heart. Day or night, we love our...
