I was in the store yesterday for a little over 6 hours! Kearston Wright was more than helpful with my situation, but she could not get the technical support from her managers or Verizon customer service to expedite my issues in a timely manner. Kearston worked diligently contacting multiple resources to complete the changes I needed in my plan and phone. I was able to hear the questions and responses she was getting during those 6 hours! Verizon management and customer service wasted at least 4 hours of my life! If you're not available to help customers and staff after 3:00 on Friday , then close your stores.!!!!!

Unfortunately, no stores down there were able to help, and after countless attempts with my insurance, I was feeling pretty defeated.
But then I drove 15 hours back home and walked into Tyler’s store. He was incredibly patient and understanding, and he worked tirelessly to get me a replacement phone. I can’t thank him enough for his dedication and support throughout the whole process.
