Yesterday, I went in to buy a fridge and dishwasher. They have a great selection and I found just what I was looking for. The fridge I decided on was marked down because of damage, but upon inspecting it we could not see what the issue was (three of us were looking), so I decided to buy it. I filled out the paperwork and initialed that I had inspected it and everything looked fine. I was very happy with the purchase. Later in the day, I got a call from them saying that they found the issue and that there was a big dent in the front that we somehow missed because it was behind the plastic on the fridge. They asked if I still wanted it and we decided I would go back in to take a look. I went in this morning, saw the dent and decided on a different fridge. I'm telling you this cause, in my opinion, that is excellent customer service. They did not have to call me. They had already told me there was an issue, and I had filled out the paperwork saying I had inspected it. They could have left it at that, but they went out of their way to call me and let me back out if I wanted to. I'm impressed. They are very personable and it was overall a great experience. I was already going to give them 5 stars even without this whole situation because of how happy I was with their prices, but this put them...

So here is my honest review of this place. I know you think 🤔 hmm it's going to be used second hand or something that fell off the back of the truck literally or figuratively. I must say they explain that way they get the appliances. We had gone in to look as we were waiting for our house to be finshed. We didn't want to buy the fridge my wife and I liked since we still needed to go through closing and all that headache. So fast forward a month and we go back hoping they still have the fridge we wanted. Of course they don't they do move through a lot of product. But we asked about the one we had previously seen and they said oh yeah we will have some Tuesday. They took my number and said they would let me know when it arrived so I could look at it and make sure we liked it. The sent me a text the day before they were expecting it to say they had it. We went in and they sure did have the one we wanted. I felt kind of bad because the one we wanted we actually didn't buy, we actually changed our mind when we went in and seen they had also received the one we liked but in black stainless steel. So we got that instead. They made everything easy and explained how to register the product with the manufacturer to get the full warranty. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone that needs new appliances go here. It's small local and run by a family. So you don't get that greedy customer service you usually get at those...

Loved their customer service and prices so much, we went back for a washer! My fridge, water heater and washing machine all went out in the same week! Spoke to my sister about buying a fridge and she found UDAW on KSL and told me to check them out. I figured it would just be another refurbished appliance place, which I didn't want. Looked at the pics online and thought, those appliances look pretty new, but I'm sure it will be different when I see them in person. I checked them out in person and was really surprised, because I was expecting old appliances just fixed up to look like new. I loved their selection and prices! We purchased a fridge and then when my washer went out, we went back and purchased one too. If they sold water heaters, I would have bought it from UDAW as well. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable about each appliance and the prices are fantastic. The appliances still have a manufacture warranty, which gave me a piece of mind.
