Ricci Factory Direct — Local services in West Warwick

I saw an ad on Facebook one day stating that cabinets were starting off at $800. I went into the store on a weekend where I did not wait long and Mr. Ricci himself helped me out. He offered me quite a generous offer. I had done my research and gone to the big store like Lowes and Home Depot who quoted me over $5,000-6,000 to redo my cabinets and counter tops. Now my kitchen is small. I only need 11 cabinets including top and bottom. But Mr. Ricci was able to cut what Lowes offered me in half . I paid 3,500 for beautiful cabinets and counter tops including counter top installation. We did install the cabinets ourselves which helped cut down the cost for us but Mr. Ricci did give us that option f we needed it. They were extremely flexible with us knowing that we were installing the cabinets ourselves we needed more time before the counter tops could be installed. When the time came for us to put the counter tops in Laura was wonderful she set up the third party company to come out to our home when it was available to us. It’s been 18 weeks since I ordered my kitchen cabinets. It’s been 8 weeks since I received all but one cabinet. I’m Not talking about a special order either. I need a 24” white shaker wall cabinet. 18 weeks total for a simple everyday cabinet with nothing extraordinary about it. No replies, no response, no reasons as to why. In the mean time my money is gone. I could have invested in a more reputable company but didn’t. Learn from my mistake. They’re unprofessional, unreliable and rotten to the core. I will be filling complaints with the proper authorities etc and I highly recommend you avoid these clowns. As a contractor I could driven so much business but screwing me on my own house with out so much of a Heads up and clearly wishing I’d just go away instead doing their due diligence to make this right in any way that’s acceptable is jaw dropping. At best this business is likely a front or scam of some sort and with marijuana scent over powering the “show room” (that would have embarrassed Building 19) and the employees (who likely as duped as we are) who have zero answers for the overwhelming incompetence...

BUYER BEWARE I purchased cabinets over three years ago and had them come measure beforehand (I didn't trust I would take the correct measurements). Due to covid, the cabinets arrived several months later (very understandable) 90% were the incorrect size. I was told I had to pay for the incorrectly sized cabinets and place a new order and pay them as well. After several weeks of back and forth with them they ordered the new cabinets and still left me with a bill for over $300 (this is an understatement but I cant bear to look at the paperwork any longer). Then wait several more weeks for the new cabinets. Today I am still waiting for trach and recycling inserts that both Libby and Gia have told me were coming.
