I don't even want to give a star but have to to post it. We've ordered from them before food wasnt bad. Bread was a little stale. But today the food was terrible. They took our order over the phone come to find out the person who answered the phone never put our order in we had to wait longer when we went to pick it up. All the manager could say was sorry mistakes happen. An had a snotty attitude when I asked who she was. Come to find out she was the owner of the establishment. Told her she lost our business an all she could say was I'm sorry for you. Told her she was a not so nice of a word an hung up the phone. Terrible service as a manager an owner. Cheryl we haven't been there every day since we moved in. Yes for the last 3 days we've ordered from your establishment. An I did not yell an scream. I only got rude when you got ignorant first. An yes I did swear. I'm not a child an I'm not gonna be treated like one. You don't treat or talk to customers the way you did. Having to wait longer because your employee made a mistake is not out fault. It should if been handled differently an I wouldn't of been so rude. My husband is laid back an won't say a word. But he was unhappy about as well. So you have...
Read moreCame here as recommended by a friend who raved about the skillets. Almost ended up at another diner out of hanger on the way there but I'm so glad I got to check this place out. We got a full breakfast and the hash breakfast wrap. The full breakfast came with the largest, most high quality breakfast sausages I've ever seen from a breakfast restaurant. The wrap was so filling, delicious, and perfectly grilled. The hash is 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Got a side of hollandaise to dip my potatoes in and it was so delicious I had to ask for extra to bring home for my leftovers. The owner came out to talk to the other patrons and I overheard another table say they came to try them based on a recommendation. Word of mouth is so valuable, and so is the hospitality and care they put into creating a brekkie menu with something for everyone. I'll be back soon to try the sweet potato veggie...
Read moreI tried Togo and it was very good. A little pricey but I figured for the portion it was worth it. Decided to dine in with my daughter...... Things weren't so good. Almost $10 for 4 very small, paper thin "pancakes". Which weren't good at all. $4 for a small cup of hot coffee that was so bitter/sour I was unable to drink it. Young waitress was unattentive even tho there were only 2 other diners in the place. The bill + tip was close to $50 for just the 2 of us for breakfast and 1 cup of coffee I couldn't drink. The worst part was the smell coming off the dishes and untensils they were using. Clearly whoever/whatever is rinsing their dishes are not doing a complete job. That could result in customers getting very sick. Luckily we didn't get sick. The food was good, but not good enough to pay that price, or take a chance to get...
