My baby shower was scheduled for April 2020 due to covid I wasn’t able to have my shower as the hall was closed I didn’t get thru to someone on the phone until a month later , which in my opinion they should of been calling people to reschedule that would of been the most professional thing to do . When I finally spoke to a gentlemen he told me I could call back at any time to reschedule and I called month after month for a refund , due to life I wasn’t able to go in person to speak to someone until recently and the bartender and the drunks at the bar wanted to argue with me because she claimed I never ever called ( call logs to prove I’ve called ) I asked the president if I couldn’t get a refund I would like that in writing due to covid I couldn’t get a refund . As he was filing out my receipt with that information the bar tender had a extremely rude and unprofessional attitude towards me like she wanted to fight . Then he decided to not sign my receipt and provide me a refund . Will never bring busniess to this...

I just rented the lower level hall for $175, which was a fair price. When I got there I was upset with the fact that the bathroom and hall were both dirty and smelled really bad. The single bathroom smelled of fish and urine and there was urine all over the floor in the bathroom and the inside and outside of the toilet bowl were so gross! We had to wash down tables and chairs, counters and I had to scrape old gum up off the floor! I was also really upset with the fact that the day I rented the hall and paid it all up front, they bartender told be a pitcher of soda was $3.00 and a bottle of water was $1.00 a piece. When I got there a different bartender told me it was $4 a pitcher and $2 for a bottle of water! I got jerked around even further that night when a 3rd bartender charged me just $3.50 for a pitcher of soda. Floating drink prices was not part of the contract that I signed!! I'll never ever go...

I have been going here since early childhood. Great ethnic food at reasonable prices. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. Plenty of activities and entertainment. I will continue to recommend this place.
