This place would have potential to be really great. We were the first party of the day. Hosts were really sweet and did a great job decorating/hosting, was really thankful for the owner being on top of food recalls before serving the food but it was hard to enjoy the day due to the place not being clean. I rarely write reviews or complain but the equipment had wads of matted hair the size of your hand in the crevices, bandaids etc and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it opened business. I couldn’t use the bathroom as they were a mess. One toilet out of order with urine in it and both toilets had the toilet paper on top of the toilet rather than in a holder, toilet paper all over the ground and dirty sinks with paper towels on the sink not in the holder. The party room thankfully was clean so at least there was at least one clean space. The only thing with the recalled cake was I put my cake decorations on it. After they found out it was recalled they placed the decorations from the cake onto the new one. I asked what the recall was but they couldn't tell me.Until finally they pulled it up online and found it was a risk of listeria. My child is autoimmune compromised so that’s why I pushed to find out the reason. I couldn’t use my decorations anymore. I was very thankful they caught the issue before serving it though as the recall was not their fault. It was the cake company, but it still could have gotten my guests sick from transferring the decorations so for instances like these they need to give their employees better training on safety protocols if a recall happens. I ended up throwing my son’s legos out because I didn’t have the ability in the run down bathroom to clean them properly with the low water pressure and watered down soap it just wasn’t worth the risk. Add an hour in between parties to clean and fix the bathroom and it would be a good place. They were flexible with changes/prices/head counts. And they did a great job decorating and hosting so the day wasn’t ruined. I also went in with the mindset that it wasn’t going to be the cleanest place (though I didn’t expect this bad) so I prepared myself to deal with it for an hour and 45 minutes in which they actually gave us an extra ten minutes. I also appreciate them accommodating my children and guests’ special needs. When my son was afraid with the lights off for the glow party it was no problem to turn the lights on, they kept the music lower for my kids and guests with autism and turned off the music when another guest was struggling with the music and showed understanding when since it had caused a minor meltdown. I really liked the staff. I hope they take the suggestions to get the place in better shape and better safety protocols because it really was a great experience...
Read moreMy daughter really wanted to have a birthday party at this place and therefore we booked everything. We ended up booking the highest priced package with all the frills. The person when booking the party was very helpful and nice and offered the promotion for a free bounce pass for all the kids. Well, the pleasantaries ended then right that day. I called to place the final number of kids and extra food order. The first person who took the order never updated the exact order in the system even after telling them specific food items. I called them again to add another food item, the lady who picked asked me again what food items I wanted and added it. She confirmed the promotion with me about the extra bounce pass. We were looking forward to the party. The party was scheduled to begin at 11:30. Being the host we were there by 11:15 but were told that our party host help still has not arrived yet. Eventually she arrived. We had to ASK for everything to make sure our guests were taken care of. In their party package, they had included balloon bouquet. They never got the balloons, till at the end of the party and that too we had to ASK for it. They never cared to offer the promotional bounce pass. Again, we had to ASK for it. We had ordered plenty of extra food for our guests, they never told us we were supposed to bring serveware. We ended up using spoons to serve pasta and salad and other items for which they OVERCHARGE you!! Literally you will pay 2 times for the food you can get outside, and thats the reason they don't allow to bring your own food. When we asked for our bounce passes, they kept on asking us that is it included in the price or did you buy them? Aren't they suppose to know what they offered in the package? We had to also ask for our PARTY FAVORS. Our party hostess was least bothered about how the party went and was just bothered about getting us from point A to point B. To conclude, if you are not going to take care of your customers, it is very likely people will top coming to this place. A word of advice, please know what you pay for because you'll h ave to ASK for everything. If you don't, they will get away with not providng it. I will not be returning to this place to book...
Read moreNever would i do a party here again. For what they charge and what you get is ridiculous. First, when I booked the party for the 215pm slot the person said you can come at 2 so you can get in a little earlier. Not only that, the invite says to arrive 15mins prior to party time. A few days before the party, I called to see what time I can come in to decorate the party room, that person asked what time was my party, I said 215pm, she said ok 2pm. We get there at 2 and they tell me there's another party in the room so we can't setup. Not to mention I told my guests to arrive by 2 so they can check-in, sign waivers, and watch a video for instructions. So basically we were just hanging around the lobby for 15mins not doing anything and it was just the host explaining the instructions. When our host came up to us, i can tell right off she was not going to be pleasant to work with. She seemed miserable and did not want to be there. She probably smiled once, well a smirk, and showed no emotions but being miserable. I mean you're working at a kid's bounce house show some enthusiasm or maybe she needs to be taught on how to handle customer service. There were things that rubbed me the wrong way when speaking to her but the one that really ticked me off was when I asked her if I just go to the front to settle the bill she said yes, I turned around and one of my guests asked what happened, I said I asked for the bill, why? She said when I turned around she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. Um excuse me? I didn't pay $600+ to be given attitude especially from someone like you. When I went to pay, the person at the desk knew I was mad and asked if everything went OK. I just shook my head and said yup. I just knew that if I told them what happened they wouldn't do anything about it, like they probably won't with this review. Or the manager will say sorry you had to deal with this. We will make it better for future events, etc., etc.. To add to this wonderful party experience, they cram so many parties on the weekend, it feels so rushed. They seriously kick you out 3 mins before saying your party time is over and we have to clean up for the next party. Such a joke! Definitely...
