Todd and Andrew arrived on schedule and completed the install within the time projected. Todd took his time making sure he understood the requirements and provided options for me to choose the solution I was looking for. We even made some a few adjustments along the way upgrade my household WIFI. Overall, I'm very happy with the results!

We hired Todd to mount a 65" LG OLED TV in our living room and hide the cords in the wall. From our first interaction over the phone, Todd was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. He recommended a mount and explained how the wiring process would work and any other questions I had.

During the installation, Todd walked me through the process and brought me into the room a few times to explain things so I'd know how to make adjustments in the future. He wore a mask during installation for COVID safety, which I really appreciated. He cleaned up any mess the installation made and even checked the TV for color calibration and setup before he left.

We had 3 video game consoles and a Roku to hook in to the TV, and you can't see a single cord. I'll be recommending Todd to anyone else who needs a TV mounted, and I hope to hire him again in the future for other home...

Whenever possible I try to support local Businesses. When Clearpoint Technology responded to my Thumbtack request, I was impressed with the pricing and the no nonsense reply to my questions. We setup a Date and they showed up at my Brother's house on time. After looking at the job, they updated the estimate. I expected a higher quote after seeing the scope of the project. Was pleased that 5ge original quote was the Final Bill .

Consequently, I had a project for Clearpoint Technology at my House. Again an Estimate was given. When they arrived at my House, verified what the project required. They immediately went to work and everything was as promised.
