This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex. They control everything! If you get your tv connection from them, they charge you $90 for their cheapest plan. If you go through another provider, you have to give them a $150 security fee and you have to put the satellite on your porch in case of damage to your property. There is basically no water pressure. Today, I got stuck trying to get out of my parking spot for 20 minutes because the property manager did not feel it was necessary to put salt down or remove the snow from the parking lot. When they did, they left a 3 foot pile of snow directly behind my car. Mind you, they did this around 7 am. I complained and she told me that it was my fault because I did not move my car so that they could blade the parking spot correctly. We had been here less than a year and the carpet started coming up, and I mean that we can pull the carpet off of the floor. My disabled family member lives here. For now, anyway.
They never clear sidewalks or roadways, service calls are either ignored or delayed forever, and the office never answers their phone.
Now they are raising the rent by over 1/3 for such pathetic "service" and now my family member is going to have to move in with us because they can't afford this place anymore. I can't wait to report them for all the stuff they refuse to fix while accepting money from disabled tenants.

Read moreI lived her about 3 years ago and absolutely loved it! I had to leave due to medical issues but immediately got back on the waitlist. I was told that I was first on the list a couple of years ago, and have been waiting every since. It’s impossible to reach anyone in the office. I’ve left voice messages, filled out guest cards, and have physically come to the office on multiple occasions. And still nothing. The former office manager Michelle has been the only person that has responded via email a few times. But unfortunately she is no longer there. This is a great place but the lack of communication really brings down its value. I understand lack of staff due to the pandemic, but that’s not an excuse to simply ignore ppl.
