KFC — Restaurant in Westfield

I submitted an order to this restaurant and the website sent it to the wrong store. Of course no management on site. Staff had to call their manager because he’s never here. Store is run by kids and they take no accountability on their order system. They offer zero help. They tell you to google kfc customer service number and call in for refund. I only had $70 to my name that day. The order cost me $54. When I called they couldn’t even refund me for several hours because the order was in a processing stage and they had no option to refund yet. It also takes 5-7 days for the refund to appear back in my bank. So I now had only $17 to feed my 5 person family. We had to order barely any food from another restaurant and none of us felt satisfied. I would never recommend this location or company again. I will never eat at this location again. Management is lazy. Untrained and ignorant. Store run by children. I have submitted a massive complaint to corporate kfc and submitted complaints across the Carmel Facebook groups imploring Carmel to stay far from this poorly ran facility and to not waste their money. I am continuing to do what I can to spread the info that this location is possibly the worst in America and we want it out of Carmel. HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I asked for chicken livers, and the response was, “We don’t have meat here.” WHAT??? (Isn’t chicken still considered a meat?!?). Tried to clarify my request; still got, “No meat here.” OMG. Decided, SADLY, to get a spicy chicken sandwich, along with the Classic meal that I ordered, which includes a drink…I asked for unsweetened ICED tea. Got to the window…no spicy sandwich was on the order. Had to call the manager to fix the order. She handed me the unsweetened ICED tea, with NO ice. WHAT??? The word ICED is literally part of the actual request! I was then asked, “Do you want ice in the ICED tea?!? SERIOUSLY?!? That was my first and last trip to the KFC at Springmill and Route 32 in Westfield. (The actual food was quite good, but I didn’t get the livers (because they don’t sell MEAT) and the service was completely and...

So let me share what just happened for me.. I went through the drive through and ordered a kid's meal. And some mashed potato poppers... The first time around, everybody was very nice. When I parked, I realized that I got the wrong thing and still needed poppers... So I came through the drive through and let them know that I didn't get what I ordered. I was told that it would take about three minutes to cook. 10-15 minutes later.. I finally get out the car and go in... Nobody even cooked them.. The response I got was" sorry we got really busy".. it's five thirty p m when I got there and no one was here, but me and the two people add the tables inside. Now i'm waiting another five minutes... And when I told them, I would have rather them, just say you, they forgot all they did was look at me.And say okay....
