Out of 5 visits, the lobby has only been open twice, during the first week it was open. Now you have to wait over a half hour for drive through only, while forcing all online orders to go through the drive through.
This most recent trip I pulled up to only two cars in the drive thru, and no one in the lot. After pulling up to the drive thru, they informed me they were open for online orders only. So I sat there and place my order on the app, despite the ridiculous hoops to jump through, and they then told me I had to come back to the drive thru at my designated time on the app, 12 minutes from then. I would understand the delay if they had additional customers, but there were not. I asked why there was a delay, and she said there were other customers to help. After going around the building, there was only one employee fixing food while two others sat at a table.
After finally receiving the food, the order was incorrect, and the crab rangoons were old and petrified, and the entire order had to be remade.
This is just pure laziness by the management and staff, and gives the franchise a horrible name in...

Picked up some Panda for my girlfriend around 9pm on a Friday, close to closing time. Things went very smoothly. Walked in, ordered food. Got home to her and she said food was as good as it gets for a panda express. We eat a lot of Chinese food so that's a glowing comment.
Anyways, like I said. Everything went fine. Mainly because I didn't decide to drive a semi 🚛 through the drive thru or see that the drive thru line itself was 5 miles long and figured I'd wait and then be surprised when I was there for an hour
Walked in, ordered food, received food, walked out.
The Employees, as underpaid and probably depressed as they were, didn't try to steal my kidneys or shoot my dog.
Perfectly fine establishment.
Can't confirm or deny connections to the C.I.A. but can confirm this is a perfectly fine panda express to fulfill the Westfield population that doesn't travel more than 5 minutes away from their...
Read moreWorst Panda Express location I've ever visited. Save yourself a hassle and drive to the carmel location. The orange chicken was disgusting. It was flavorless and soggy, also very fatty and slimy. The portion sizes were at best two thirds the sizes of other panda locations. The fried rice was cold and hard. The sesame chicken my fiancée ordered was similar to the orange chicken; flavorless, slimy, and cold. The super greens were very, very undercooked in such a way you might as well be eating raw vegetables with VERY little sauce/seasoning. Egg rolls were cold and the insides were so mushy it was like baby food. Additionally, I had to correct TWO different people attempting to take our orders multiple times as neither of them spoke English very well. Very frustrating experience, especially when you're paying $15+ per person. All of the food was cold, nasty, and disgusting. Would feed better to my neighbors dog that never stops barking at all times...
