Went in 10 minutes before closing and the employees were counting their drawers , I was told I can't use cash only card I was like all I have is cash and I was told they didn't except cash 10 minutes beforevthey close soy question is is that policy ? I shop at Ace a lot till yesterday. I went to exchange some product I purchased and was told by the employee to purchase what I needed and was told I could bring back what I didn’t use. Well that wasn’t accurate according to the store manager but still wouldn’t exchange parts that had never been opened and she stated with an attitude that returns are on good for 30 days and that was on the back of receipt if I would have read. I shopped there for the first time this week. The help was some of the best I have ever experienced. I needed a (replacement) nozzle for a Chapin Pump Sprayer, and some electric contact cleaner. Two associates were all over for me and found what I was looking to purchase. Bottom line, I made a successful repair to my pump sprayer, and my lantern works again as before the corroded batteries almost ruined it. Pricing was very reasonable as well. This is a happy place...
