Market Basket — Local services in Westlake

Went to the bakery today for a birthday cake for our son. This is our first time using their bakery as we dont have Market baskets back at home. My husband stood there for a good 5 min before he saw a worker and asked if there was someone at the bakery to help him get a cake and some writting on it. The lady was nice and helpful unlike the bakery worker that came out with an attitude all because we had no idea the service button by the deli was also for the bakery.. it was an honest mistake we had no idea that button excisted. This woman gave the worst service. She took the cake we chose with out asking if we needed writting on it, well had to holler at her to come back to let her know we needed "Happy Birthday (sons) name which she cut my husband off and turned around without letting him finsh telling her we wanted his name as well. She brings back the cake with a bright orange writting while the cake is red velvet why couldnt she match the writting with the cake or better yet do your job properly and ask like your suppose too! We are better off driving and extra 10...

I had a SLIP AND FALL THE DAY BEFORE I BURIED MY BROTHER FROM THIER LEAKING COOLETS! YES! THEY KNEW PRIOR TO MU SLIP AND FALL AS A STORE ASSOCIATE TOLD ME THEY HAD A LEAKING DISPENSER! The bald guy (Shannon) at the sausage counter in the back will wait on people he knows ahead of people he does not know. He skipped me 2 times in a row. First me and another man walked up close to the same time. I was ahead but he took his order first. Then a woman walked up and he took her order. When I asked him if there was any body else he wanted to let cut in line ahead of me, he told me those two was together, which I knew was a lie. As I was checking out I seen the lady check out and leave alone. While the man was still shopping. Bottom line he will take care of kinfolk and friends before a loyal customer that goes to this store 3 to 4 times a week.This was at the Westlake...
