Iâm am adding to my review below as I just bought ANOTHER bike from Indian Motorcycle Orange County. OnCe again a 5-STAR A++++ experience! What a great place - mostly the friendliest dealer of any bike shop Iâve ever dealt with - I could make more people - but shout outs to Don the GM, MO in parts, Lisa in Apparel, Danny in Sales, Daniel in Service, and all the Techâs and everyone else - they all call me by name (and remember me), pricing is honest and fair and clear - easy paperwork, just no better place to buy and service an Indian. This is my fourth Indian - and three of them bought here, theyâre just awesome!!!!! So refreshing to deal with GGOD PEOPLE - and THANK YOU ALL! *Oh, and I love both my bikes, a â24 Challenger Limited, and my newest - a â25 Super Chief Limited Dark Horse in Moss Green - getting tons of compliments! SEE PICS!
I wanted to share my A+++ experience dealing with the folks at Indian Motorcycles of Orange County. Punchline - it was perfect! (and I've got experience and have bought a lot of bikes). I have to say the "PEOPLE" were just outstanding ... and of course, the bike I bought is amazing as well. I primarily dealt with Don, the GM. Don is a pro and made the transaction easy. He was easy to work with, quick pricing discussion and paperwork - just could not have been more clear, honest, and importantly - EASY and quick. The other bonus about Don, he's just a nice guy, a real biking enthusiast and he helped guide me on some little things ... he actually cared and gave advice on some accessories and helped me decide and not make some mistakes - he knew his stuff and his help was way beyond! Parts and Service - after signing the papers, I was introduced to "MO", who helped me with parts and service - I added some parts and he was super clear on what the right stuff was, had good advice, knew his stuff, and was super clear and up front on pricing and service/install - again, he seemed to really care and focused on what I needed and was not afraid to advise and guide me. He also followed up with a call, my install of accessories was done in a day and he had perfect communication. I met others at the shop, and to a person, everyone was helpful. *I don't want to complain about "other brands", but comparing this purchase process and the bike itself vs. a recent 2024 "Other US Made Brand", it was night and day. The other "Motor Company" was just so hard to deal with, had "nice" people, but just not very helpful people ... and OH MY, the dreadful negotiations with the OTHER MOTOR COMPANY people, was well ... really a challenge and so much more complicated and high pressure. Then of course, comparing my new 2024 Indian Challenger Limited vs.. my 2024 Road Glide CVO ST - there's no comparison, that bike was horrible in handling and technology, heavy, the worst ... I sold it within 2 months. I have to admit, I liked the folks at the "other" place, I love our biker community, but heavenly days ... the ORANGE COUNTY INDIAN DEALERSHIP PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WAS A PERFECT 10 - the people, the pricing, the "no gouge add on weird fee pricing", service, parts, and it's a really nice dealership too - it's not even in the same universe how competent and caring these folks are vs. what I've experienced from "the other US Motor Company people" ... I'm not being a hater, my "2 month HD" was beautiful (and VERY expensive, a LOT more than my Indian and they tried to crush me with fees), just really doesn't even compare in any way to how good this new Indian is" - not even remotely as good. So, sorry to gush on these Indian OK folks, but it really was that good of an experience. I did do my homework and checked around - and Don at Indian OC was the best to work with by far - no cheesy salesy BS, just straight talk and pricing, clear, fair, understandable ... I think you'll love your Indian - what great bikes (my third), and you'll be very happy you bought your bike there! You want a great bike from great people, and be treated well and with respect, 100% A+ endorsement of Indian...
Read moreA Total Scam / Ripoff â I Would Never Do Business Here Again Iâm writing this review to share the extremely disappointing and frustrating experience I had selling my motorcycle through this dealership. I brought in a used motorcycle with only 5,175 milesâessentially in mint condition. I had it towed from my home, only to be told after the fact that they needed to perform over $2,000 worth of ârequired servicesâ before they could list it for sale. I was under the impression this was a standard consignment dealâas-isâand none of these charges were disclosed to me upfront. Still, I went along with it. When we discussed pricing, the general manager verbally quoted a range of $15,000 to $18,000. I was then asked to sign my pink slip on the spotâblank, with no sale price filled in. I hesitated, but was told it was âjust in caseâ a buyer came along and wanted to move quickly. A couple of months later, I got a call saying the bike had soldâand I received a check for $12,000. Seriously? Not only was that lower than the lowest price they quoted me, but the buyer turned out to be Indian Motorcycle itself. So basically, the dealership bought my bike without ever checking with me firstâlikely to flip it for a profit. Thatâs shady, dishonest, and absolutely unacceptable. If they had simply called and said, âYour bike hasnât soldâwould you consider $12,000?â, I would have respected the transparency and at least had the option to say yes or no. Instead, they took their time, made it seem like a routine process, and pulled what felt like a bait-and-switch. I ended up cashing the check, assuming I had no recourse at that point. So in the end, Iâm out over $2,000 in repairs and walked away with a sale price far below what I was led to believe. I feel completely deceived and ripped offâand I deeply regret ever trusting this dealership. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with honesty, fairness, and...
Read moreI want to give a wonderful shoutout to Lisa the apparel manager and Danny the sales rep at the Indian dealership in Orange County! I was not expecting a warm welcome and the hospitality both showed me. You see, i was visiting their store yesterday before i went back home to San Antonio, Tx. I wanted to purchase a few local tees as i try to do when I'm in a new city that has an Indian dealship. As soon as i walked in Lisa met me with such a wonderful and helpful attitude! Danny was the same way, just wonderful people! I had an extra brand new tee from my New Braunfels dealership in my luggage I was actually going to wear during the week, but I didnât. I went ahead and gave it to him of course not expecting anything back, but what he did next was so awesome. He went out of his way to offer and buy a tee for me, which he did not have to but he insisted! What a true gentleman! With that, Lisa threw in a free cap, poker chip and chapstick. Just awesome customer service and being from out of town I will certainly make it a point next time I visit to take Lisa a local tee as well! Iâll also make it a point to start purchasing my apparel online through this dealership! Thank you Lisa and Danny for the warm welcome and hospitality! Jose...
