I have been a loyal customer at this shop for the past five years, consistently purchasing the same vape product. However, my experience recently took a disappointing turn. During one visit, I was assisted by a younger salesperson—different from the staff member I normally deal with. To my surprise, I was charged a different price for the exact same product. When I pointed out the price discrepancy and showed proof of the usual charge, the salesperson casually suggested that I could speak with the original staff member to request a reimbursement during my next purchase.

Today, I returned and spoke with the familiar staff member, expecting the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing was done to correct the situation, and I was left with the assumption that perhaps I had received a larger size—though that was never confirmed nor clearly communicated. I am able to provide evidence of my prior purchase, which I still have on hand.

They are nice store is clean. However, when you go an use coupons thats 2 dollars off and the pack of cigarettes are $6.89 subtract the 2. You would pay 4.89. Depending on the person you can pay $4.89, $5.89 or $6.50 each person charges different like the cant add or subtract. Best smoke shop for miles and it's less than a half a mile from my house. I come here for everything because they have the best prices than any other smoke shop ive ever been to. These people are not about trying to make the most money off of each sale as possible and because of it they have so many regular returning customers.
