The party bus itself was great! We got it for my friend's wedding and we had ana amazing time!
The problem is the customer service... I left something on the bus. It was a bag with over $250 worth of clothing that I had changed out of before the party bus. I tried calling the Long Beach number multiple times the day after the bus and they never answered or return any of my calls, even after I left multiple voicemails. Since they weren't answering I decided to call the main number for the company. They answered and when I explained the situation they assured me that they would get ahold of the Long Beach location to find my missing items and call me back in less than an hour. But of course they never called back. After a few hours I called them again and they said that they're still looking.
I called back the next day. And they told me the same thing...they're still looking and they would call me back soon. Never got a call back at all that day.
The next day I called again. This is now the THIRD day that I've called them about this. I stressed that I was leaving LA tomorrow because I was only there visiting, and I told them exactly where I left it on the bus. And unsurprisingly they told me the same thing that they're still looking and that they would call me back, but they never did...I called back again later that day and the same thing.
The next day I called AGAIN for the FOURTH day in a row. And they told me the same thing again, of course...then they accused me of lying and saying that I actually did take my bag and I just forgot about it... definitely not true! If I had the bag, then there wouldn't be a problem. And no one else who was on the bus with me had it. I know 100% for a fact that I left it and I know exactly where I left it. This is the day that I'm leaving LA and I continued to stress that I need the bag back today. Of course they said they would call me back, but shocker!!! They NEVER did!!!
From my perspective they're are only 2 possibilities for what happened. 1. They are a completely unorganized, unprofessional company. Or 2. Someone stole my bag and isn't saying anything. Either way, my bag is gone and I can most certainly say that I am never getting it back. So I just lost $250 of brand...
Read more(0.5/5⭐️) I REALLY wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt when I booked here after seeing a bunch of really negative reviews... That being said, they were super nice & seemed like a dream until the week of our party. I called to check on everything & found that they booked our trip on the wrong day even though my receipt says the correct day. They told me it was a "system error/glitch" & that the system didn't show the other booking that was apparently on the date we reserved. It also was somehow a "system error/glitch" that booked us on a totally different day in the middle of the week. I had read reviews that said the bus didn't show up to pick them up & after our experience, that would have been us had I not have called. This company really should get their booking system together before taking more clients, because I don't know how long they can continue to use that excuse. I suggest they call people & confirm dates weeks in advance too if their system is having this many issues. I have never left a review before, but after leaving me & 9 other girls hanging at a bachelorette party, I knew I needed to warn...
Read moreI’m a little annoyed at the fact that I contacted them for quotes...received a message from “Jennifer” asking about my pickup time, destination, number of hours etc...gave her as much information as I could to at least get a “quote” like stated....NEVER heard back from her. I then went ahead and called the number from their website since she was no help, and literally did not get through the phone line...I called over 5 times throughout the day for a representative and have been sent straight to voicemail. I wish I could have at least gotten what I contacted them for...seems to me they could care less about attracting customers.
Update : Jennifer got back to me through text the next day, and of course their service don’t meet my needs which could have been stated after she read my texts. I had to reply and ask for a quote the next day for a response from her...I went to BBB website to look at real reviews (2.3 stars) overall this whole company seems...
