My mom bought a phone from them very recently and had ran into some technical problems. She has no clue about tech or know the basic functions, so I also ran into issues when I tried to help her remotely. Misunderstanding and miscommunications had occur and my mom was very frustrated going back and forth—thinking she got scammed.

I was able to get in contact with the owner, anh Luan, to talk about the issue. He asked me to send him some pictures about the issue and sent me some troubleshooting videos, but we couldn’t solve it ourselves.

My mom actually stopped by the store, frustrated, but I was just on the phone with anh Hien and overheard her yelling at him. He handled the situation in a very professional and sincere way. We finally nailed down the problem, and it wasn’t their fault.

He even asked my mom to save his phone number and contact him whenever she has any issues. I am very satisfied and happy with the way they handle the misunderstandings and do their business.
