My two siblings and I visited this shop on September 12, 2023, and we received a total of 8 piercings for $300.

1. One of my sister's piercings healed so poorly that she had to visit another piercing shop for after-care multiple times, after Tina was condescending to her on the phone.
2. One of my piercings was done crooked, and I could not get earrings in without someone else helping me. It never healed properly, and still has a lump of scar tissue six months later, even though I let it close back up.
3. Another of my piercings was misaligned (crooked relative to the other ear), so I am letting this one also close up and got it fixed by another shop.

I had been wanting to treat myself after a stillbirth on Easter, so my best friend took me to check out the many jewelry stores at Asia Garden Mall. What stood out at HAJ was the customer service. The manager Tina was helping a mother and daughter when we got there but still greeted us warmly. While we were browsing earrings, I overheard the conversation she was having with the mother and daughter and it was very sweet.
