I had nothing short of an amazing experience with The Flower Boutique. Sue was very pleasant, genuine, accommodating, communicative, and hospitable with my family and I from beginning to end. In fact, I was so happy with my experience that I referred her to my entire family because I felt that she definitely deserved our business. I contacted Sue via text message and gave her some photo examples of what I was looking for a week in advance, and she had everything prepared PERFECTLY. I lost a family member a while back and her funeral is being held on Valentine's Day, and many other florists were unable to accommodate because of the busy holiday although I contacted them a week in advance. It was a very difficult time for my family and myself to get things arranged (from funerals to covid-19 and sympathy flowers to Valentine's Day weekend). So Sue was definitely a huge help throughout this tough time, and my family and I appreciate her and her staff for working with us. To top it off, the prices are VERY reasonable compared to most floral shops around the OC area. I searched through most of the florists in the region and The Flower Boutique definitely has the most beautiful spray arrangement at an unbeatable price. My family members all decided to order an additional 3 sprays as well and we're so grateful to Sue for going above and beyond for us to get the sprays delivered in a timely matter. Nothing but positive comments and reviews from our wedding weekend! Sue and her team did a remarkable job providing florals and decorations for our tea ceremony and wedding. Sue understood our theme and the vibe we envisioned, and she truly did an amazing job. Her years of experience was a gift and she had so much insight with things that I did not realize. When we had our first meeting she asked us "Does your photographer photograph true to color?" which was something I did not expect but appreciated because it allowed our photographers to be prepared to capture the flowers in the best possible way. We trusted her immediately and did not hold back on what she had envisioned. It was everything and more!

Sue created the most beautiful wedding ceremony arch I've seen and it put many guests in awe -- they were flowers we didn't know she would be providing and we were floored by their beauty! Sue also made us the most beautiful boutonnieres for our suits. It was something we saw online and wanted her to create one for us. It was unique and gorgeous; we received so many compliments that we know this will be something we see at future weddings.

Lastly, she brought in an amazing 12' backdrop that was used the whole weekend. It was something to behold due to its size but also an impressive backdrop that was unique and was within the theme we wanted. We procrastinated when it came down to finding a flower vendor for our wedding, so towards the end, we didn't have a huge budget! We shopped around at a few flower shops, Brea, Laguna, but primarily in Westminster because let's be real here, the best deals are in the Westminster/GG area! The Flower Boutique quoted us for a fraction of the other vendors, and even so, Sue made our wedding look like we shelled out some serious cash! She was able to come up with creative solutions to all of our crazy requests! Her team found fruits that WEREN'T EVEN IN SEASON (!!!), found vases that aligned perfectly with our vision (I shopped around for months and could not find anything like it!), moved our arch and ceremony flowers to the reception space, and went out of her way to help out with last minute details! We're so appreciative of her expert advice and flexibility. We had a 2 day wedding event and she helped us juggle flowers for both days! My bouquet was huge and all the arrangements and arches were absolutely gorgeous!
