Booked an appointment for a 50 minute IR sauna session and went in. Finished up, left, and found out they raised the price (from $45 to $60 a session) after seeing my credit card statement. Never was brought up of course. For context I actually shared the little box with my friend who was also charged $60. So $120 for 2 people to share a sauna for 50 minutes...
Called and wanted to clarify afterwards what the story was with pricing. The girl who worked there was actually very nice in explaining the policy specifics (we aren't members so it costs us more. She explained they did also increase the price for a session. Additionally there is no discount or savings for 2 non members sharing a sauna. The price would end up being the same if we each got our own). She is actually the only reason for 2 stars as opposed to 1!
The real kicker is when I was told the price change is now $60 I said, "that's so interesting because it doesn't say that anywhere. I am on the website now and I can select a 50 minute IR sauna session for $15". I am looking at it in front of me (attached below). She said "yeah people often get confused there, that is actually for a salt rub add on, lets call it that I forgot the exact name , that doesn't actually cover the cost of the IR sauna session, its the price of an add on." I said "ok well that is intentionally deceptive and misleading, basically a bait and switch to get people in."
Really, truly, disappointed in this place. I of course did appreciate the girl there had no role in any of this, she doesn't make those calls, so I thanked her for answering my questions and wished her a great day.

I’ve been going to Perspire Sauna Studio - Crossroads location for a while now, and overall, I’ve had a great experience. The studio itself is fantastic, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that I look forward to visiting.
Ashley, the Manager, is a huge part of why I enjoy coming here. She always welcomes the clients with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure we feel valued. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience. There’s also a gentleman who works there who is equally welcoming, always greeting guests and adding to the friendly, inviting atmosphere.
However, I have to mention an ongoing issue that’s affected my experience: Savanna. Unfortunately, whenever I encounter her, she never greets me with a simple “hello” or “welcome.” Her attitude feels consistently negative, and she seems visibly annoyed when I come in, especially if I don’t have a reservation. It’s as if I’m a burden, which really takes away from the otherwise positive environment at Perspire.
While I absolutely love the studio and the majority of the staff, this situation with one employee does leave a sour note. I hope this can be addressed because the rest of the team, especially Ashley, sets such a high standard for customer service. If it weren’t for this issue, my experience would...

Understandable that there are staff needs and lunch times that need to be blocked off, but make sure your system reflects an accurate schedule if the primary way of booking is through an app.
For all those looking to book with the app, make sure you call to verify your appointment time.
