Irene and Ricky are definitely one of the best agents in Orange County. They helped me and my wife buy a house in Irvine which meet all our expectations in a very good price.

Irene and Rickey are very experienced and knowledgeable about the housing market. During our first meeting, they gave us very precise suggestions and recommendations based on our needs. They were also very honest and straightforward. I've heard some stories from my friends who just worked with other agents that those agents prefer to show you new constructions and recommend them even if those houses might not be a good fit. Unlike them, after listened to our exceptions, Irene and Ricky didn't just take us to the new construction sites which the commission and the workload for agents is usually more appealing, they recommended the houses that are more suited for us.

Irene and Ricky never pushed us to make a decision, but they completed their jobs fast. When we decided to make an offer to the current house, they negotiated with the seller's agent and got a very good price for us. We don't even know how they persuaded the seller's agent to accept our offer since that was just a couple days after their first open house and they could potentially get more competitive offers in the following weeks. When we were in escrow, Irene and Ricky explained the terms very carefully and made sure we knew everything before we sign the documents.

Ricky and Irene helped my family buy our dream home. After listening carefully to what we were looking for, I felt like Ricky and Irene knew what we truly wanted more than we did. After moving 5 times within 8 years and using a different real estate agent each time, we were extremely impressed by Ricky and Irene’s familiarity with the area, knowledge of the market, and professionalism. After helping us with the sale of our condo (which went super quick and smoothly thanks to Irene), my wife and I were ready to look for a new place.
