Gluten free menu: No, but GF items clearly marked

What I ordered: Karate Chicken with Buttload’a Fries (this is a funny item to order. Feels weird to say it lol)

Gluten free options: 5/5 The whole menu is gluten free

Food: 3/5 The chicken and fries are HOT and fresh. I’m not a huge fan of the Tastea dust. This seasoning is very strong. I wish it was a little less overwhelming. Both the fries and nuggets are very “heavy”. I can usually only eat about half of it before I feel like I need a salad or something healthy. There’s not a lot of places where you can have gluten free chicken nuggets in Orange County (I know of two places).

The smoothies and teas are awesome. So much variety. I especially love the summer flavors.

Service: 4/5 Chicken and fries took about 15 mins to come out, but it was very fresh. Usually takes 5 mins for a drink order.

Location: 4/5 This center can get pretty busy, but fortunately Tastea is in a less crowded part of the center. Parking isn’t difficult to find.

Ambiance: 2/5 Comfortable seating. Nothing special about the space.

Will totally give a 5/5 for boba because it’s super unique. Got the lychee freeze and it came with rainbow jelly and little bits of actually lychee, which I’ve never had anywhere else. And the boba is green. I thought they were giving me green peas🍏 lol. However, the service is rather poor. My drink never came out and it was never even on their board of drinks to make so I waited extra and had to retell the lady what I ordered. To make matters worse, my friend was #1 on the drink board but she waited 12 minutes 😱for them to make her drink. And people after her had their drinks served before her. And she only ordered one simple thing. The ladies working there at night are extremely noob and we saw a few other people waiting extra long and talking to her for extra drinks....

Tastea is my favorite local boba place! My top three favorite drinks are the (1) Strawberry Sensation, (2) the Watermelon Heaven, and (3) the Avocado Avalanche. Customer service is fantastic, and the patient hostess at the register patiently answered every one of the questions that my bickering parents asked her. Even though my parents constantly argue with each other, and even though they disagree on virtually EVERYTHING, they definitely agree on one thing--Tastea is the best, and it's our new favorite spot! Tastea has saved their marriage, and we're all the most blessed because of it! (A Strawberry Sensation is much cheaper than a $150 marriage counseling session!)
