USA Truck Stop — Local services in Westville

Honestly, on this stop, I just got fuel and my regular 20 ounce bottle of diet Dr Pepper and used the bathroom. I had no issues at all. The clerks were nice and also liked and acted in a professional manner. The parking lot and fuel islands were clean and we'll kept. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean and toilet paper and hand towels were stocked as it should be. The drinks were well stocked in the cooler for the most part. There was just one thing wrong. The clerk suggested a fresh pre-made sandwich out of the cooler, so I grabbed one, tuna salad, the date was about 2 weeks past. It was not only not fresh, but way past expired. No restuarant first off. Us drivers love food second the bathrooms are horrendous you have to walk all the way to the other side of the building near the restuarant that is closed this place ive heard used to be the place to be well its not street appeal is lousy shower i mean i paid 5 bucks for no hot water at all sink doesnt work in there wasnt able to shave owner needs to put some money into this truckstop if they want to be successful but good news is theres a restuarant that has amazing food litterally kitty corner from this place so drivers if you stop here and want wicked amazing food and great customer service check them out spend some money and fix this place up to suit drivers and ill raise my review to 5 until then i can...

I have stopped here several times in the past to park and rest, but last week I had to stop for fuel. I went in, handed the indian my Comdata card, and went out to fuel. After I fueled I went in, gave the required information and he claimed that the card wasn't working. I ended up calling my boss (this was a sunday night BTW). We offered to pay by credit card over the phone and the clerk refused!!! He said the only other option was to pay with cash... I asked him to try the Comdata card once more, and thankfully it worked. Needless to say, I will NEVER stop there again...
