I am so glad that I stumbled across Westville Appliance II when looking for a new washer and dryer set. They had a small, but sufficient selection of brand new, scratch and dent appliances in a variety of sizes and price points with a 90 day warranty. We got a set at a great price! They offered to deliver the same day, but were also able to accommodate our schedule for delivery a couple of days later. They were a little late for the window, but Alba communicated well via text with schedule updates. Free delivery and takeaway of the old units and very reasonable installation charges. The delivery was not easy down a step and Westville Appliance II was able to take a door, trim, and handrail off to allow the delivery and put it all back perfect. All around very good experience. The store is a scratch and dent store, however, the saleswoman was very straightforward about the scratches and the dents; what they repaired on the oven and wasn't worth the cost of repair. There were no surprises and I was assured if there were I would receive a refund or replacement. The delivery was prompt, I received it that evening. Everything went well. The next morning I smelled a little gas and wasn't sure if it was a small leak or if it was a residual from the changing of the lines the prior evening. The delivery guy returned to inspect it and there were no problems, it was just residual gas, and he even changed the line for me because it was old and he already brought a new one just in case. Well my girlfriend bought a used washer and dryer off marketplace and they didn't work like they were supposed to unfortunately. So I wanted to surprise her with a new set cause I was tired of dealing with other people's problems. So I found Westville appliances and I called Alba she told me what they had at what price so I told her I would stop by. I seen a set I liked for a very good price I asked Alba (BTW this is July 3rd holiday is the next day) when can you deliver these she said today! Mind you this is 2 pm by now I said today? You sure? She said cause we are closed tomorrow. But today really? Yes between 6 and 8 plus installation. Sure enough 2 of the nicest guys show up deliver, install very professional they were super careful it honestly couldn't have been a better experience. I'll definitely go back...
