After receiving a flawed sofa from a different furniture store and it taking them three months to make it right, we were extremely pleased and relieved at how National Furniture does business! Their customer service is outstanding! They maintained constant communication with us from the beginning all the way through to delivery and set up. We knew exactly when they were coming so we were not waiting around all day for furniture to be delivered. The guys who set it up were prompt, polite and treated our home and merchandise respectfully. We purchased an Ashley sectional from them, which is beautiful, great quality and more affordable than other places we have searched. We also ordered the matching ottoman to go with the sectional and were initially told it would take 6-8 months to get it in, but that was not the case and the ottoman and sectional arrived on the same day. Great deals, excellent customer service, reputable. This place has been around since I was a child. They carry a nice selection of furniture and offer nice deals. My son's girlfriend was able to purchase an entire living room package for $1000. She got a sectional, coffee table, end tables, lamps, a rug and decorative pillows all of which are a part the the Ashley furniture brand. Delivery was less than $100 dollars and was scheduled the next day. The two gentlemen that delivered the items were nice and professional. WOW !! Truly a Hidden Gem! This Mom and Pop family owned business has been in Westwego for years. Their customer service definitely does not disappoint. From walking into the store you are greeted with a smile of a friendly employee they ask you if you are looking for anything in particular and will lead you to the right direction, they offer help and their expertise.
